Abstract: Salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive varieties were used to observe leaf cell structure under salt-stress condition. Cell structure of Zhimian 3 was normal and phloem of Lumian 6 was injured seriously under 0.1％ NaCl. Phloem of two varieties was injured seriously under 0.2％ NaCl. Xylem of Lumian 6 was also injured seriously and that of Zhimian 3 was injured slightly under 0.5％ NaCl.
