Abstract: The experiment was conducted to observe inhibition of anti-viral substances in Tenebrio Molitor induced by Newcastle disease virus (NDV) to Newcastle disease virus. Chook embryo was used to culture Newcastle disease virus to enlarge its amount, and then NDV liquid was extracted from it, and Tenebrio Molitor larvae was stabbed by needle containing NDV, after 2 to 3 days anti-viral substances was picked up from Tenebrio Molitor larvae. The blood coagulation capability of anti-viral substances was confirmed and the experiment that chook embryo was induced to bring on of a disease was done. The results reveal that The blood coagulation capability of anti-viral substances was 1∶64. The effect in inhibition of NDV induction chook embryo to disease has certain, but it was not obvious.
