Abstract: Genechip was a high flux，rapid，parallel nucleic acid sequence detection and quantitative analyse technology．It fixed a great deal of specific nucleic acid sequence on carrier as probe，and hybridized with marked nucleic acid molecular．It estimate the constitutions and quantity of target molecular in samples through detecting the hybridized signal．Principle and character of Genechip technology and its applications at plant were summarized in this article.
