Abstract: The changes of storage physiology and quality of six types fresh-keeping agents on Lingwu Long Jujube were studied in this paper.The result showed that the fumigation of 5g8226;m-34.5% TBZ could remarkably delayed the acid reduce rate and the change of reduced sugar conten,preferably reserved vitamin C,the percentage of hard fruit was 37.5% and accepted fruit was 94.34% after 105 days storage.
