Abstract: The stem sections of Solanum muricatum Ait were cultured in the MS mediums supplemented with different concentrations of NAA and PP333. The results showed that certain concentration of NAA could promote the bottle plants growing roots, buds and forming callus, the best concentration was 0.1~0.5 mg/L. Certain concentration of PP333 could promote the bottle plants growing roots, making strong and checking inter node growth, the best concentration was 0.1mg/L. The treated plants had flourishing root system and leaves, strong stems, being easy to survive after transplanting.
