Abstract: This article simply elaborate the second classroom’s kernel and essential through summarizing and analyzing each kind of research viewpoint of the innovation ability and the creative quality. By analyzing undergraduates’ innovation ability and creative quality as well as their creative practice actuality, we proposed measures which can effectually promote the second classroom’s capability for cultivating undergraduates’ innovation ability and creative quality.
