Abstract: Abstract: In order to provide theoretical basis and technological for high-quality and high-yield cultivation of a strong gluten wheat variety,Jimai 20,the experiment studied effects of the radio of nitrogenous fertilizer and potassic fertilizer on yield and qualitly of Jimai 20 under the field conditions with High-yield cultivation。The results showed that the effects of nitrogen and potassium and their interaction on wheat grain yield and its component factors had reached significant level or very significant level, and the handling of N 225 kg、K2O 150kg per hectare had the highest yield. With the increasing application of nitrogen and potassium , flour yideld and bulk density showed the trend of first increase then decrease, grain protein content and wet gluten content, the sedimentation value increased with the nitrogen . In the range of application K2O 0 to 150 Kg per hectare ,Grain protein content and wet gluten content increased with the potassium, When reached to 210 per hectare they decreased, and sedimentation value decreased with the potassium. The combined application of N and K haven’t significant effects on grain protein content, but the effects have achieved significant levels on wet gluten content and sedimentation value. Nitrogen fertilizer can increase the elasticof wheat dough, potassium fertilizer can improve the doughy extensibility, and the combined application of N and K can significantly increase the extension area.
