Abstract: Abstract: The current situation of rural practical talents is analyzed. The main problems of troops construction of rural practical talents is indicated，The suggestions and strategy are put forward from angles of management and evaluation in order to accelerate the troops construction of rural practical talents and proper transformation and application of agricultural scientific outcome.
