Abstract: In order to obtain genetic information of Macrobrachium Hainanense, this paper focus on the research by ITS-1 molecular marker technology. As showed by results: ①The length of ITS-1 is range from 1700bp to 1800bp, shorter than Macrobrachium nipponense.②The contents scope of bases(A,G, C ,G+ C) is 27%～30%,27%～31%,14～16%,43%～46% respectively. ③ Rich SSR information is contained in ITS-1 sequence for Macrobrachium Hainanense, such as repeats of (AG)n, (GA)n, (AGT)n, (AGC)n, (GCA)n and repeats of (AG)n, (GA)n are polymorphism locus. The proportion of which appear among individuals are 100%,100%,25%,12.5%,12.5%. ④Homology is demonstrated by BLAST between Macrobrachium Hainanense and Macrobrachium nipponense, Metapenaeus ensis. This article is that not only fills up Macrobrachium Hainan ITS-1 research gaps, but also provides a theoretical reference for Macrobrachium Hainan follow-up studies.
