Abstract: Polyketides and nonribosomal peptides are extremely important classes of bioactive secondary metabolites, and controlled by PKS and NRPS. With the rapid development of bioinformatics, foreign NRPS-PKS database and prediction software has been introduced. This brief review will discuss some important NRPS-PKS databases and prediction software.
