Abstract:

Absract：Finance if the core of economy,rural finance plays an important role of development of the rural economy. In order to understand the current conditions of building the new countryside，what content of the farmers understanding the new countryside,what degree of the farmers’ financial needs meet,and what the Rural Credit Cooperatives affects the current rural economy and the building the new countryside.we investigated Liaocheng districts and the counties under governed by Liaocheng city.our Investigation revealed that the farmers understanded part content of the building of new countryside,and farmers have great hope of the Rural Credit Cooperatives supporting the the building of new countryside.on the basis of it ,we put forward to the policy.
