Abstract:
At 3 ℃, 5 ℃ and 7 ℃ Storage temperature, the change trends of the mainly organic matter (soluble solids, total sugar, titratable acid, vc) content, respiration rate, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), weight loss rate and decay rate were studied on Gannan navel orange during post-harvest storage period. The purpose was to study the storage effect of the three kinds of temperature. The results show that the storage effect is the best at 3℃and better at 5℃ and the worst at 7℃.
