Abstract:

Trichoderma spp. is fungus that is highly interactive in root, soil and foliar environments. They can biocontrol against a wide range of plant-soilborne-pathogen. Trichoderma aureoviride 1010 (T1010) strain was cultured in economical proper media will be important to be applied in agriculture. Hyphae were cultured in PD liquid for 3 days and the weight of hyphae was 5.75g/ml. The second growth was cultured in corn and soy-bean mixture media for 3 days, the weight of hyphae was 5.83g/ml. The economical proper solid media was wheat bran: vinegar residue: H2O=2:1:3.3. The mixing urea was 0.3%. T1010 grew at 26 ± 2°C. The number of T1010 spores was 2.46×1010cfu/g.
