Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】This paper is aimed to discuss the influence of no tillage on pH value and nutrient contents in rice root rhizosphere;【METHOD】Pot experiments were conducted with Jinyou 253 as material to measure pH and nutrient contents in rice root rhizosphere and bulk soil under no tillage, conventional tillage and root separating cultivation;【RESULTS】The value of pH in root rhizosphere was less than that in bulk soil, and the differences of pH value between root rhizosphere and bulk soil in no tillage rice or the no tillage side of separating cultivation rice were greater than those in conventional tillage or the conventional side of separating cultivation rice; The available nitrogen and phosphorus contents in root rhizosphere were greater than those in bulk soil, while its content of the available potassium was lower. The available nitrogen content in no tillage rice or the no tillage side of separating cultivation rice were lower than those in conventional tillage or the conventional side of separating cultivation rice, but their available phosphorus and potassium contents were greater; However, the differences of all of available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium between root rhizosphere and bulk soil in no tillage rice or the no tillage side of separating cultivation rice were less than those in conventional tillage or the conventional side of separating cultivation rice. 【CONCLUSION】Rice root acted more stronger under no tillage than under conventional tillage.
