  Research on the Development of Agriculture in China from 1978 to 2008 Ⅱ．Development Processes 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1348 )   PDF ( 624209KB )   ( 606 ) Since 1978 to 2008, the policy reform and opening-up in China has carried out 30 years. In this stormy 30 years, China agriculture has undergone enormous changes, has scored great achievements. According to the inspecting of the development course of agriculture in China, the agricultural development of China is divided into four stages: high-yield phase (from 1978 to 1984), high-quality phase (from 1985 to 1991), and efficient phase (from 1992 to 2001), and the security phase (from 2002 to now), and the characteristics of agricultural development at each stage of have been summarized and analyzed. The paper has an important reference value for the sustainable development of agricultural in China at new stage of new century.

  Study on Model for High Yield and Good Quality of N,P Application Quantity and Density DOU Hong-Tao 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1240 )   PDF ( 644321KB )   ( 580 ) The study was carried out by using the principle of agricultural ecology and the qualified design of three square saturated D，in which the factors of density(X1), application quantity of nitrogen(X2) and phosphorus(X3) were taken as the adjusting factors，and the yield (Y) of each hm2 as target function，Through the study we got a mathematic model for cultivation of peppermint. The result indicated that, under the condition of this experiment design，factors affecting yield of the essential oil of peppermint in experiment region were in order as application quantity of nitrogen(X2)> density(X1)> application quantity of phosphorus(X3) when the target yield was greater than 100.5 kg•hm-2，the optimum formula of peppermint this region was as follows: density X1 was 175500～220500 plant﹒hm-2, application amount of N fertilizerX2 was 172.5～217.5 kg﹒hm-2, application amount of P2O5 fertilizer X3 was 118.5～150kg﹒hm-2；Quality analyses show: quality of the essential oil were influenced significantly by density, while the effect of nitrogen application quantity on the essential oil quality had close related to density, quality of the essential oil was not influenced obviously when density was lower, but quality of the essential oil was influenced obviously when density was higher, quality of the essential oil was improved by controlled nitrogen application quantity, quality of the essential oil was turned bad by nitrogen over-quantity application, quality of the essential oil was not influenced obviously by phosphorus application quantity.

  Applications of Plant Isolated Microspores and Microspore-derived Tissues in Genetic Transformation 2009, 25 (15):  0-1.  Abstract + ( 1507 )   PDF ( 536609KB )   ( 977 ) Based on their characteristics of haploid and high embryogenetic capacity, plant isolated microspores and microspore-derived tissues are the good acceptors in plant genetic engineering, by which the homozygous transgenic plants could be obtained more quickly. The applications of plant isolated microspores, microspore-derived embryos and microspore-derived calli are reviewed and their existing problems are discussed in constructing genetic transformation system, including the detailed transformational technology of Agrobacterium mediation , particle bombardment, laser microbeam puncture, microinjection, electroporation, polyethylene glycol(PEG)-mediated.

Results: Chang Nong 35, eating a long agricultural value of 1.389, Chang Nong 39 agro-long taste even 1.000, two varieties of taste and eating high-value, and on the Jin Gu 21 level of 95% on the significant differences in palatability are good quality millet varieties. The results of the analysis with the former two kinds of methods are basically the same, to facilitate scientific analysis methods can be used as a new evaluation method of millet palatability.

  Evaluation of meteorological factors during growing period of broad bean based on fuzzy mathematics theory Wang Hui, , , , 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1372 )   PDF ( 4176398KB )   ( 568 ) The quantitative evaluation of Crop Climate is an inevitable trend in the development of agrometeorological services. By using fuzzy mathematics theory, the membership function model of temperature, precipitation and sunshine time for broad bean were established, and the membership degree of temperature, precipitation and sunshine in the growth nand development of broad bean was calculated to estimate the climatic suitability to broad bean quantitatively. The meteorological factors during growth and development of broad bean in 2007 and 2008 was calculated, results indicated that the membership degree for the temperature and sunshine was relative high, but for the precipitation was low with large variable extents. These explained that the temperature and sunshine were able to satisfy the growth and development of broad bean. The lack of the natural precipitation was a limited factor for the formation of the broad bean yield.

  Influence of Greenhouse on the Quality of Green Tea JIN Shan , 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1382 )   PDF ( 677322KB )   ( 890 ) The content of the main biochemical components and five kinds of catechins were determined, the aroma components were analyzed by GC-MS and sensory evaluation were carried out. The results showed that the contents of water extracts and amino acid in green tea cultivating in greenhouse are higher than that in CK, while the contents of tea polyphenol and caffeine in green tea of greenhouse are lower than that in CK; total content of the five kinds of catechins in green tea of greenhouse is lower than CK, but the Catechin Quality Index is obviously improved; about 57 differently aromatic compounds are isolated and identified from the two kinds of tea by GC-MS, among which 51 are found in green tea in greenhouse and 43 in CK respectively. The basic aromatic components in them are similar on the whole. However, difference in relative contents of aromatic components was found. The results of sensory evaluation showed the tea cultivated in greenhouse was got the higher mark of 93.45 than CK, which is 93.40. Therefore, the greenhouse cultivation can promote the quality of green tea in some extent.

In this paper, A pot experiment to study Verticillium dahliae 2-70 antagonistic bacteria in the soil and in the colonization of cotton roots and rhizosphere colonization of the situation. The results showed that under laboratory conditions, antagonistic bacteria can 2-70 in non-sterilized soil and sterilized soil colonization, and colonization Tatsu quantity 106cfu/g soil around, after five months has managed to maintain a higher antibacterial activity, and strains in sterile soil in the quantity colonization than non-sterilized soil in quantity. Cotton roots by bacteria recovery, confirmed the antagonistic bacteria in the 2-70 designated cotton root colonization, number of 103cfu/g.

  The effect of Sowing date and density of rice stubble in WanDao 68 reproductive period and yield formation HUANG Ya-Li , 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1475 )   PDF ( 522080KB )   ( 821 ) Under the conditions of the different sowing date and transplanting density in the WanDao 68 growing period and yield changes, results that the growth period of WanDao 68 is reduced with the delayed sowing time, but deferred to the June 14 seeding still may be normal ripe; transplanting density on the growth period had no significant effect. Different sowing dates of planting in the same period, production is declined with the sowing date postponed, but the reasons for the length of seedling age, spike is increased with the sowing date postponed, each kernel number, seed setting rate and grain weight is decreased; With the increased spike ,Increasing transplanting density can increase the number of output. Under the experimental conditions-WanDao 68 as rice stubble cultivation- the period of the highest yield is transplanting seedlings is the May 5 and 15 day planting, transplanting density of 300,000 / hm2 and 400,000 / hm2, Machine-planting’s appropriate planting date is May 25, direct seeding rice is 4-14 June period for the planting appropriate.

  Study on the softwood cutting technique of different Keteleerla pubescens Cheng clones in autumn 德志 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1533 )   PDF ( 512263KB )   ( 765 ) In this paper, the authors discussed the seedlings propagation of Keteleerla pubescens Cheng by softwood cutting. The results showed that there was significant difference in the rooting rate among different Keteleerla pubescens Cheng clones, and the rooting rate of the clones investigated ranged from 41.5% to 87.6%, and would be enhanced significantly if the cuttings possessed 6～8 pieces of leaves. Significant difference was observed too when the cuttings were conducted with different concentration of GGR, and the cutting s, which were 8cm long, would improve the survival rate remarkably. In this experiment, the authors screened 3 clones with rather higher rooting rate, namely, Xiangtao-7, Xiangtao-5 and Xiangtao-4.

  Field Control experiments and Toxicity of 6 Pesticides to Asian Citrus Psylla (Diaphorina citri Kuwayama) Ming-Xue Deng 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 2080 )   PDF ( 566908KB )   ( 773 ) Citrus psylla (Diaphorina citri ) has become the most important pest in Huanglongbing(HLB) areas.Up to now, the assay was yet not reported. By means of dipping,the laboratory toxicity of 6 pesticides to adult psylla were conducted out in 2008. The LC50 of carbosulfan,phenthoate,bifenthrin,imidacloprid,quinalphos,Pirimiphos -methyl was 4.1mg/kg,44.3mg/kg,44.4mg/kg,60.1 mg/kg,73.5mg/kg,192.8mg/kg,respectively. After treating of 24h,3d and 7d, the adult psyllid field control efficiency of bifenthrin plus azone 12.5mg(a.i)/kg was all 100%. the adult psyllid control efficiency of phenthoate 333mg(a.i)/kg,quinalphos 250mg(a.i)/kg,carbosulfan plus azone 200(a.i)/kg was all over than 95% , while that of pirimiphos-methyl 500 mg(a.i)/kg less 80%. the adult psyllid field control efficiency of carbosulfan plus azone 200(a.i)/kg was better than that of carbosulfan 250(a.i)/kg.   The uptake and accumulation effect of Cd in the intercropping system between with maize and crabgrass 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1736 )   PDF ( 877687KB )   ( 866 ) A soil pot-culture experiment was carried out to study maize（Zea mays L.） and crabgrass（Digitaria sanguinalis (L．)Scop．） response to cadmium toxicity. The results showed that under the same level of Cd, contents sequence of Cd in the different organs of maize was root>stem>leaf>seed both intercropping and mono-cropping system. Contents sequence of Cd in the same organs of maize was 10mg>5mg>0mg under different levels of Cd. Compred with the control, crabgrass of intercropping accumulate more Cd than crabgrass of mono-cropping. Crabgrass accelerated the maize for uptake and accumulation of Cd and distrite them in roots of the maize in intercropping system. The initial test showed that crabgrass and maize promoted uptake and accumulation of Cd in intercropping system each other.

  Conditions of Producing Toxic of Curvularia lunata 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1309 )   PDF ( 1134450KB )   ( 696 ) In order to utilize toxin of Curvularia lunata, media, culture methods and culture time were studied. The results showed that Fries medium was better. Continuous shaking culture and 15 days were best for Curvularia lunata producing toxin in this paper. Maize seeds were treated with toxins diluted 50,100,200 times to study the effect of the toxin on corn seed germination and growth. The results showed that germination percentage and growth of radicle had significantly difference contrasted with CK，growth of embryo had not difference.

  Study on The Anti-freezing Technology to Mountain Tea Plantations 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1180 )   PDF ( 766587KB )   ( 681 ) Six kinds of technical measures(pruning, covering couch grass, mulching plastic film, sprinkling irrigation antifreeze etc.) were used to mountain tea plantations to improve the capacity of frost resistance and study the relationship between the enzyme activity of SOD, POD and freezing rates . The results showed that : (1) With freezing rates increase, the enzyme activity of SOD also increases accordingly, in a certain range to various technical measures. This is because tea plants have the self-repairing ability; (2)To mountain tea plantations, the technical measures used directly to crown of tea plant have better effect than used to environment and soil because of wind-chill effect. The result of six kinds of the technical measures is: mulching plastic film > covering couch grass > CK> no pruning>irrigating roots> spraying crown; (3) It's beneficial to tea plant to reduce freezing injury with suitable pruning in autumn.

  Effects of environment-friendly bast fiber film degradation on soil pH 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1277 )   PDF ( 549612KB )   ( 714 ) Studying environment-friendly bast fiber film buried in the ground floor of different soil pH value regulated by using calcium carbonate is useful, In regard to the buried bast fiber film degradation and the types and number of the soil. The results show that in the weak alkaline soil the bast fiber film degradation at the speed is faster than the weak acid and neutral conditions, and in alkaline conditions the number of micro-organisms is the most, in particular, is one of the actinomycetes in the number of the most obvious. It is a significant positive correlation between the number of Actinomycosis and the degradation of bast fiber film.

  Expression and enzymatic analysis of myrosinases in Carica papaya 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1560 )   PDF ( 1102139KB )   ( 807 ) Differential expression of myrosinase genes CpTGG1 and CpTGG2 in different organs of Carica papaya was investigated by RT-PCR, The results indicated that CpTGG1 was expressed in stem, leaf, flower and seed, not expressed in root, while CpTGG2 was only expressed in root, and no expression was found in other organs, which indicated that two myrosinase genes have functional allocation. Myrosinase activity was detected in all the tested organs except for pulp, which is consistent with the result of RT-PCR. Myrosinase isolated from leaf tissue had an optimal reaction pH of 8.0, an optimal temperature of 45℃, and optimal Vc concentration of 1.5mM. Papaya myrosinase was inactivated by high temperature and inhibited by high concentration of salt, which is different characteristic compared to other reported myrosinases.

  Plant Community Structure at an Early Ecological Restoration Stage on an Abandoned Quarry 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1432 )   PDF ( 850178KB )   ( 773 ) :In order to understand and master the principles of natural vegetation restoration on an abandoned quarry,the plant community structures at an early natural recovery stage of vegetation on an abandoned quarry in Shuikou Mount were investigated in April and August,2007. The results show that:(1)The main types of vegetaon in the area are shrub and herbage.The shrub species are rather simple,with only 4 families,5 genera and 5 species,but the herbage communities are much more abundant with 26 families,49 genera and 67 species in total.The dominant herbage species on each site type are similar to each other,with no distinct difference;(2)The plant community life spectrum shows that the environment in the area is very droughty;(3)The species diversity is quite low in the area.As to the richness and diversity index,the results are:LH＞NS＞PT＞SL＞LS＞DL＞CS;(4)The same species in the plant communities show similar trend with the thickness of the soil in the site types.Soil is the main limiting factor to natural vegetation recovery.

  Study on Control of Soybean Pod Borer(Leguminivora glycinivorella(Mats)) with Synthetic Sex Pheromone 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1484 )   PDF ( 515276KB )   ( 756 ) (Plant Protection Institute, Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Harbin150086) Abstract: Synthetic sex pheromones were used to study the dynamic occurring trend of soybean pod borer population in the field. The results showed that the occurring period of soybean pod borer was about one month in Harbin in 2006 and the fastigium period was from 7th to14th, August. This conclusion is roughly consisted with the data that obtained from traditional visual evaluation method by disrupting the moth in the field. Among 4 trapping methods used in this experiment, the water pot is better than the traps in effect of attracting moth. Adding little pesticide in the traps, the controlling percentage can reach 43.82% but it did not influence the controlling effect in water pot method. In 2007, synthetic sex pheromones were used to control soybean borer in Harbin as an exhibition, and 45.9% of moth could be controlled .Another similar exhibition were carried out in Harbin in 2008, controlling effect could be 50% using synthetic sex pheromones and traps together; while the controling percentage could reach 62.7% if adding a bit pesticide in traps.

  Bioinformatic Analysis of the NBS-LRR Gene Family in Arabidopsis thaliana wang yan 2009, 25 (15):  0-1.  Abstract + ( 1983 )   PDF ( 2539681KB )   ( 1912 ) Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】A full set of disease resistance candidate genes encoding NBS-LRR in a complete genome of Arabidopsis thaliana were analyzed. 【METHOD】 Structural diversities, physical positions, and phylogenetic relationship were studied by TAIR and Pfam web, database, Chromosome Map Tool, MEGA 3.0 and ClustalX software. 【RESULTS】 204 genes containing NBS domain were found in genome and most of those were located in 1 and 5 chromosome. The NBS-LRR family genes on different chromosomes exist in the form of monogenic gene or gene clusters, and 71.6% of the NBS-LRR genes were located in gene clusters. That showed there are much copy phenomenons in the evolution of disease resistance genes of Arabidopsis thaliana.

  Emergy analysis of eco-economic system of planting in Hebei province 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1367 )   PDF ( 540736KB )   ( 712 ) Abstract:The analysis of emergy input and output of eco-economic system of planting in Hebei province in 2007 was conducted by using emergy analysis method. It showed that, the total emergy input and output of planting were 7.97×1022sej and 3.24×1022sej respectively. Of the total emergy input, unrenewable industrial emergy was 52.9%, and renewable emergy was 47.1% which including 20.9% of renewable environment resource and 26.1% of renewable organic emergy. The ratio of emergy and money, net emergy ratio, load ratio of environment, and sustainable development index were 1.98×1011sej.yuan-1, 0.51, 1.13, and 0.45, respectively. Return from planting was low in general, and the emergy output of the main crops was maize > wheat > sorghum > legume > peanut.

  The purification and electrophoretic analysis of SIgA in bovine colostrum 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1323 )   PDF ( 1293314KB )   ( 780 ) The experiment had establishmented the extraction method of SIgA in bovine colostrum. The milk of accouchement within one day was centrifuged 10 min by 10000r/min. After dialyzed by 0.2mol/L（PH=6.0）PBS, accommodated the supernatant fluid pH to 6.8-6.9 after disposal of 0.06 mol/L ZnSO4. Then added saturated ammonium sulfate to produce sedimentum, sedimentum dissolved in water. The supernatant fluid were dialyzed by 0.02mol/L（PH=8.0）PBS to no NH4+. Specimen was concentrated, then it was purified by DEAE Sepharose FF chromato bar, gradient elutioned by 02mol/L（PH=8.0）to reach 0.3mol/L（PH=8.0）PBS. Hump proteinum was collected, afterwards it was purified by Sephadex G-200. The elutriant was 0.01mol/L（PH=7.4）PBS. The elutriant appearance hump proteinum was collected, then it was appraised through electrophoresis of SDS-PAGE. The results of the electrophoresis showed that SIgA was metamer. The results of rough determination showed that the content of SIgA was 3.47mg/ml in bovine Colostrum. This experiment had established the method for extract SIgA in bovine colostrum.

The implement of national agricultural policy will give pressure and effect to the environment. Based on the analysis and summarization of the background, objects, stakeholders and instrument of agricultural policy, the conclusion that the agricultural policy affected the agricultural environment by changing the farmer’s yield structure, yield mode, yield technology. The agricultural policies which have great effect are food safety policy, land policy, the policy of improving the farmer’s non-agriculture income, structure adjustment policy and agricultural environmental policy at present. The impacts to the agricultural environment of these policies were analyzed. The policy adjustment proposes were put forward. It include that attach more importance to agricultural environmental problem and ecology construct, integrate the agricultural policy and environmental policy, deepen the innovation of agricultural land use system, confirm the main body of land use clearly, stabilize the land use contract relationship, constitute prompting policy for lightening the agricultural non-point pollution, develop ecology agriculture etc.

  Research on basic soil fertility and reasonable fertilization technology in paddy fields in the Jianghuai region 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1295 )   PDF ( 537371KB )   ( 651 ) 【OBJECTIVE】Aiming at the unreasonable application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on the production of hybrid rice in the Jianghuai region;【METHOD】the relationship between the yields and the basic soil fertility, farmer accustomed fertilization and expert recommended fertilization in the Jianghuai region was studied by means of field experiment at five different plots to provide a theoretical basis for improving farmers’ fertilization effect and establishing high-yield and good-quality cultivation techniques in the Jianghuai region, Anhui province.【RESULTS】The results showed that, there were significant regional differences on basic fertility, increasing in yield and contribution rate of fertilizer in the paddy field of Jianghuai region.Fertilizing structure of farmers in rice production in the Jianghuai region had some problems, such as fertilization deficiency, unsuitable fertilizing proportion and great difference in different region.Expert recommended fertilization had significant effect on decreasing nitrogen application amount, adopting suitable nitrogen operation method and increasing phosphorus and potassium application amount, as well as balancing nutrient, meeting the demand of high yield of rice and enhancing fertilizer efficiency and use efficiency for the purpose of high production and high efficiency.【CONCLUSION】Based on our field results, it revealed that in the Jianghuai region of Anhui province, recommended fertilizer amounts were 150~180 kg.hm-2 for N, 60~90 kg.hm-2 for P2O5, 75~105 kg.hm-2 for K2O at the rice yield level of 9000~9750 kg.hm-2. 40~50% of the total amount is basal fertilizer, and 20~30% and 20~30% for tillering fertilizer and ear fertilizer, respectively. All phosphorus was used as basal fertilizer, and 60% of potassium fertilizer as base fertilizer, 40% for jointing fertilizer.

  Effect of Adding Bagasse on the Microbial Community During the Composting Process of Banana Straw 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1348 )   PDF ( 743691KB )   ( 724 ) The compost test in the automatic composting device using banana straw, chicken manure and bagasse was conducted to analyse the dominant microorganisms changes under different proportional composition between banana straw and bagasse during the composting process. The results showed that the changes of the microbial total count were wavelike, the same as the changes of the count of bacterium and actinomycete, and the changes of the count of fungi were downtrend. During the whole compost, the count of the mesophilic microorganism was always more than that of the thermophilic, and the count of bacterium was always maximal. accordingly bacterium was the preponderant flora of banana straw compost. The result synchronously showed that it not only could elevate the composting temperature, but also could increase the count of microbial community by adding appropriate proportional bagasse in the treatment of banana straw composting. And the optimal ratio of banana straw to bagasse was three.

The three time point mutations are 1967,1984 and 1994. Most of the site in Guangxi,the number of days of annual rainfall was a clear downward trend. Summer and winter precipitation in the extreme case strong upward trend in Change.The Change in space, Six sites showed a marked increase in annual rainfall trends. The number of days of rainfall in Guangxi, most of the site showed a significant downward trend.

This paper takes Kenli County of Shandong Province as an example, analyzes the trend in the change of cultivated land, and carries out forecast for cultivated land demand quantity and supply quantity. The results indicate that cultivated land quantity decreased and cultivated land quality declined as a whole from 1996 to 2005. The forecast results confirm that the supplying quantity of cultivated land can not suffice food safety. So, Protecting the existing cultivated land is to protect our lifeline. This paper put forwards the strategies for protecting cultivated land in the end.

The results indicate that photosynthetic characteristics of three water coordinating fertilizer are better than others during the filling stage of intercropping wheat. They are 370m3/mu(irrigation quantity) 28kg/mu(fertilizer rate), 370m3/mu、42kg/mu and 450m3/mu、28kg/mu. Under different treatment with fertilizer and water, irrigation quantity (370m3/mu) combined with other treatments of fertilizer or fertilizer rate (28kg/mu) combined with other treatments of water showed not only good water saving ability but also good photosynthetic characteristics.

  Effect of Salicylic Acid on Photosynthesis and Cold Resistant in Tea Tree During Dormancy 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1739 )   PDF ( 516921KB )   ( 737 ) Abstract: This paper aims to find out the regulator metabolism of salicylic acid on cold resistance in dormancy of tea tree. Effects of difference concentration of salicylic acid on photosynthesis, carbohydrate content and metabolism of reactive oxygen species in Longjing43 were studies. Results showed that net photosynthesis rates were obviously increased in 30th day after sprayed salicylic acid to tea foliar in dormancy. 2 mmol?L-1 salicylic acid significantly increased total soluble sugar, starch contents, and significantly decreased foliar reactive oxygen species and MDA contents in 60th day after treatment. At the same time, the proline content, SOD, CAT and POD activities were significantly increased. Others concentration of salicylic acid also improved photosynthesis and protective enzymes activities, but the results were not as better as 2 mmol?L-1 salicylic acid. It is concluded that foliar sprayed of suitable concentration of salicylic acid in tea tree’s dormancy can improve photosynthesis and protective enzymes activities, and increase the cold resistant, in the end, the tea yield and quality in the next year could improve.

The irradiation effects of 60Co γ-rays on the adults of Tribolium confusum Jacquelin du Val in tobacco were studied. The results showed that the adults of Tribolium confusum Jacquelin du Val irradiated by the doses over 100Gy could prevent offspring reproduce; larvaes could be found after 150 Gy irradiation for adults, but the larvaes couldn’t develop into adults; there were almost no feeding of adults after irradiation by the doses no less than 200Gy, and the adults completely died finally. So 200 Gy was the effective dosage of 60Co γ-rays for the control on the adults of Tribolium confusum Jacquelin du Val in tobacco.

The results showed that there was significant difference of polyphenol content and PPO activity in different genotypes/varieties. Polyphenol content in tangerines was much higher than that in sweet oranges and grapefruit, which was in accordance with callus browning degrees, while PPO activity had no relation to callus browning. This study indicated that genotype-dependent polyphenol content of citrus callus was positively correlated with callus browning.

In this study, a novel zinc finger gene OsZNP was isolated from rice cDNA library by RT-PCR approach. Sequence analysis indicated that the gene encodes a 28 kDa protein with 253 amino acids and contains one typical C3HC4 zinc finger domains. The entire coding region of OsZNP gene was amplified by PCR. Then it was inserted into the prokaryotic fusion expression vector pGEX-KG to construct recombinant expression vector pGEX-KG-OsZNP, which was transformed into E. coil BL21. After the transformed bacteria were induced with IPTG, the expressed protein was analyzed by SDS-PAGE. The results showed that the target protein was expressed at a high level in E.coli BL21．

The results showed that the combination 3 was the most superior plan, its most average yield was 68.4kg with 3000 seedlings per 666.7m2, N application was 12kg, K application was 18kg and applicaton methods of N was more with early stage and few with later stage. The better plan was combination 7, its average yield was 65.2kg with 4000 seedlings per 666.7m2, N application was 8kg, K application was 18kg and applicaton methods of N was equivalent with division. The K application was the most important factor to the yield, the second factors were plant density and N application, and application methods of N. And the effects of different plant density on yield structure were analysied briefly in this paper.

The EC50 of these 8 fungicides against pathogen mycelium growth were 50% carbendazim wp (0.0063 mg/ml)＜64% thiram?carbendazim wp (0.0073 mg/ml)＜50% thiram?carbendazim wp (0.0077 mg/ml)＜30% thiram?carbendazim wp (0.0079 mg/ml)＜70% thiram?thiophanate-methyl wp (0.0092 mg/ml)＜40% carbendazim?quintozene wp (0.0103 mg/ml)＜50% carbendazim?Mancozeb wp (0.0192 mg/ml)＜40% thiram wp (0.0844 mg/ml). The EC50 of 50% carbendazim wp and 50% thiram?carbendazim wp against pathogen conidium bourgeon were 1.50×10-4 mg/ml or 1.55×10-4 mg/ml respectively.

The ORF is 1 392bp in length(GenBank accession number: FJ373021), the putative encoding protein contains 442 AA and the MW is 51.635KDa. The results of sequence analysis show that there is 2 exons and 11 transmembrane domain in gene. RT-PCR results indicate that gene is expressed only in the silk gland in all the tissues tested.

The applications of SSR markers in genetic evolution of plants and its prospects in tea plant were discussed. The purpose is to provide some references for further study of the genetic diversity of tea in China and related analysis of the evolution.

The spectral variables formed by the best sensitive wave band infer rice leaf chlorophyll contents. In the heading stage and milking stage, the inferring ability of logarithm adding obviously surpasses that of SPAD value. The inferring ability of SPAD value just slightly surpasses the logarithm-sum model in the shooting stage. The explanation can survey the chlorophyll value accurately with each period of duration corresponding sensitive spectral wave band. This article proposes some exploring research for enhancing survey performance of SPAD-520.

  Effect of Long Term Fertilization on Crops Output of Cruciferae in Three Typical Parent Material Soil in South Hunan 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1447 )   Abstract: effect of 27 years fertilization into soil on crops outputs of Cruciferae(cole) were studied in three typical parent material soil in south Hunan under long site experiment.The results showed follows: 1. Among the three types of parent material,the yield of rape( above-ground dry weight) was the best(NPK treatment was the best in purplish soil ), Quaternary red soil and in granitization red soil were followed respectively(both of the two types of parent material have weak growth vigor and have a consistent yield). 2.With plant rape,NPK treatment could get more harvest(biological yield) among the three types of parent material , M treatment and CK(no fertilization) were followed restectively. 3. The result also showed that return treatment is better than taken treatment within different treatments. 4. According to the experiment when the plant was harvested(In March 25th,2009), it was found that the rape with NPK treatment,especially with NPK-T treatment in Quaternary red soil and in granitization red soil, grew abnormality or dead in the centre of district(80%),which yield was extremely low,but had some to the remaining(20%) close to the cement ridge.Among the three types of parent material,eighteen districts,Dischaemum Schreb of gramineae plants could only grow in granitization red soil with NPK treatment,and the other sixteen districts were little or even not.The rape planted in Quaternary red soil with NPK treatment got disease especially in the centre of the district.The main symptom:there are some chocolate spot on leaf ,particularly severe on old basal leaves.

It could be concluded from results that the treatment with PBF pouring root 200×and Urea 10 kg/667m2 was the best.

The result showed that the concentration of these three pesticides had significant difference and great significant difference on the pesticide residues with the order of high concentration﹥low concentration﹥CK. The residues of these three pesticides were observed to have been reducing with the harvest time, but with different variation in reduction. Of all measures taken for the lavation, we found it was better to eliminate chlorothalonil and fenvalerate with lotion, but for the elimination of cypermethrin there would be better effect with water. These result could provide some reference for the organic fruit production of Dongzao.

  Studies on regional trial of sugarcane varieties in Fujian Province from 2005-2006 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1225 )   PDF ( 529045KB )   ( 562 ) Abstract: The regional trial of sugarcane varieties had been taken place on five spots in Fujian Province from 2005-2006,the results showed: compared with ROC16(ck1)and ROC10(ck2),Mintang 96-1409,LCP85-384, Mintang 93-730,funong93-1103 had good performance in cane yield, stability、higa sucrose content and adaptability, their cane yields increase than ck1 and ck2 ,or the same ck2 , they can been demonstrated and expanded further in Fujian Province;; LCP88-1762 had common adaptability and bad ratooning ability, it cane yields decrease than ck1, and ck2 . it can’t been demonstrated and expanded further in Fujian Province.

  Study on Breeding of Pumpkins Fl Hybrid ‘YonganNO 3’ , , , 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1286 )   PDF ( 463925KB )   ( 692 ) Abstract：‘Yongan No 3’， an new and early-maturing pumpkin Fl hybrid was bred by college of horticulture，northwest sci-tech university of agriculture and forestry in 2003，with crossing Cucubita maxim D. inbred line Ps18-12-97-55 as female parent with early-maturing C.maxim D. inbred 1ine Js98-6-3-9-13 as male parent．It has vigorous plant，and high-oblate fruits with nacarat．Its yield is about40.08t/hm2 and is 26％ higher than that of ‘xiao mo pan(CK)’．The new pumpkins have high nutritive matter . It has been extended to Shaanxi，Gansu，Hebei，Xinjiang etc．

  A Preliminary Study on Soil Wind Erosion and its Impact Factors with Conservation Tillage 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1352 )   PDF ( 488080KB )   ( 646 ) In this paper, we studied farmland soil wind erosion and its impact factors in Beijing city under conservation tillage in use of Movable Erosion Wind Tunnel. The results show that (1) the volume of soil wind erosion in rotary exposed farmland shows the highest spin in Six plots, cover crops planted in winter can significantly reduce the volume of soil erosion; In different no-tillage methods and straw treatment, the amount of wind erosion depends on seeding-machine.and the volume of Deere comes up to minimum, agricultural haha maximum; Volume of soil erosion in rotary reach the highest spin in four farming methods, plough tillage less 80.81% than rotary,and harrow tillage less 97.71%,no tillage less 95.35%; With the delay of sowing dates, the amount of soil erosion in winter wheat increases . (2) The coverage of wheat field attain to the highest, followed by alfalfa and triticale, and rape the minimum coverage; In four tillage fields of wheat,harrow-tillage coverage comes up to the highest 84.00%, and rotary to the lowest 55.33%;Wheat field coverage planted on September 27 was significantly higher than other sowing date, October 7 and October 12 the lowest. (3) Take the volume of soil erosion as dependent variable,and coverage, crop height and soil bulk density as independent variables for multiple regression analysis, then set up multiple regression equation: Y=173.186-0.449x1-0.485x2- 72.699x3.

  Study on CO2 flux during the yield formation stage in a southern paddy rice ecosystem 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1371 )   PDF ( 566808KB )   ( 675 ) Based on 3-year measurements of CO2 flux and yield taken in a paddy rice field in the suburb area of Nanchang, diurnal characteristics and temporal trend of daily CO2 flux during the yield formation stage were analyzed to identify the major futures of CO2 flux and to investigate the relationship between CO2 flux and yield. The response of CO2 flux to photosynthetically active radiation and temperature was also studied through regressive analysis. CO2 flux shows “U” shape diurnal patterns during the period of heading and the period from full heading to milky maturity. The diurnal amplitude of CO2 flux is larger during the heading period. The average of day-time CO2 flux demonstrates a “√” shape temporal trend during the yield formation period. Day-time CO2 flux is generally consistent with yield during the period of heading and the period from full heading to milky maturity. Assimilation of CO2 by rice is significantly correlated with photosynthetically active radiation and temperature. The uptake of CO2 by rice is stronger in southern paddy rice field than in Sanjiang plain.

  Effects of storing time and drying methods on nutrition quality of barley young vegetative 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1385 )   PDF ( 498615KB )   ( 619 ) Abstract: The Effects of storing time and drying methods on the nutrition quality of barley young vegetative were investigated by the different treatment before its processing. The results showed that with the the storing time extension after cutting, the chlorophyll content, soluble protein content and SOD activity of barley vegetative decreased significantly, and its nutrition quality become inferior. Using the sun exposure or extending the drying time by indoor storing was not unfavorable to maintaining the nutrition quality of barley vegetative. The experiment suggested that the cutted green barley vegetative should be immediately treated after cutting by killing out with the 80℃ high-temperature and next drying out with the 50℃ constant temperature.

  he effect of the long-term located fertilization on summer maize photosynthetic characteristics and yield 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1331 )   PDF ( 468748KB )   ( 651 ) The effect of the fertilization on maize photosynthetic characteristics and yield was studied on the basis of a long-term fertilization trial. the results indicated that: fertilizer significantly increased chlorophyll and photosynthetic in spike leaf of maize, dry matter accumulation as compared with the non-fertilizer treatment. The long-term combined application of organic and N fertilizer treatment increased chlorophyll and photosynthetic in spike leaf of maize obviously, compared with single N treatment, so increased the dry matter accumulation. The long-term non-fertilizer treatment reduced grains per spike ,the single N treatments can increased grains per spike, but not significantly as compared with the non-fertilizer treatment. The organic and combine application of organic and N fertilizer treatment increased grains per spike ,so the yield was higher. The yield of combined application of higher organic and higher and fertilizer treatment was highest.

  Influence of no tillage on root growth and rhizosphere environment in rice Ⅲ　Influence of no tillage on pH and nutrient contents in rice root rhizosphere Jiang Ligeng1, Zhou Jiamin1, Xun Shihong1,2 , , 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1617 )   PDF ( 524584KB )   ( 649 ) 【OBJECTIVE】This paper is aimed to discuss the influence of no tillage on pH value and nutrient contents in rice root rhizosphere;【METHOD】Pot experiments were conducted with Jinyou 253 as material to measure pH and nutrient contents in rice root rhizosphere and bulk soil under no tillage, conventional tillage and root separating cultivation;【RESULTS】The value of pH in root rhizosphere was less than that in bulk soil, and the differences of pH value between root rhizosphere and bulk soil in no tillage rice or the no tillage side of separating cultivation rice were greater than those in conventional tillage or the conventional side of separating cultivation rice; The available nitrogen and phosphorus contents in root rhizosphere were greater than those in bulk soil, while its content of the available potassium was lower. The available nitrogen content in no tillage rice or the no tillage side of separating cultivation rice were lower than those in conventional tillage or the conventional side of separating cultivation rice, but their available phosphorus and potassium contents were greater; However, the differences of all of available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium between root rhizosphere and bulk soil in no tillage rice or the no tillage side of separating cultivation rice were less than those in conventional tillage or the conventional side of separating cultivation rice. 【CONCLUSION】Rice root acted more stronger under no tillage than under conventional tillage.

  Preliminary study on cercospora leaf spot of Resistant Sugarbeet to Cercospora beticola Sacc. 2009, 25 (15):  0.  Abstract + ( 1334 )   PDF ( 498280KB )   ( 643 ) It is of great important to study the cercospora leaf spot resistance of sugar beet M14 which has No. 9 chromosome of Beta corolliflora Zoss in addition. After spraying with the Cercospora beticola Sacc. conidia suspension, enzyme activities in leaves of suger beet M14 and Beta vulgaris L. were experimented, then the amino acid contents in leaves were also analyzed .The results showed that all of the enzyme activities detected in leaves of sugar beet M14 were higher than those in Beta vulgaris L., and the total content of amino acid in suger beet M14 decreased quickly after infected, while it increased in Beta vulgaris L..Therefore, we can conclude that it is valuable to study sugar beet M14, which has moderate resistance to cercospora leaf spot.

Viable count was used to detect M3 stains’ tolerance characteristics of the gastrointestinal tract separately under simulated gastrointestinal tract environment pH1.5~4.5, salt concentration 0.3~3.0%, sodium chloride 3.0~6.0%.At the same time, using O-phthalaldehyde to detect the effect of its cholesterol-lowering. The result shows that after 4 hours under pH1.5~4.5 the viable can get 106cfu/mlunder.The viable can be 105~106cfu/ml under 0.3%~3.0% bovine bile salt and 3.0%~6.0% sodium chloride(8h).Also, in the simulated gastrointestinal tract environment pH1.5~3.0(4h), salt concentration 0.3~3.0%(8h) the cholesterol-lowering can reach 60%. M3 strains have strong tolerance characteristics against the environment of the gastrointestinal tract and the good cholesterol-lowering ability, which provide the experimental basis for the development of cholesterol-lowering functional foods and probiotics’ study.
