Abstract: In order to utilize toxin of Curvularia lunata, media, culture methods and culture time were studied. The results showed that Fries medium was better. Continuous shaking culture and 15 days were best for Curvularia lunata producing toxin in this paper. Maize seeds were treated with toxins diluted 50,100,200 times to study the effect of the toxin on corn seed germination and growth. The results showed that germination percentage and growth of radicle had significantly difference contrasted with CK，growth of embryo had not difference.
