Abstract: Taking five cassava varieties, SC124, GR911, Baxizhong, GR891 and Nanyanghong as a test material, analyze the distribution of photosynthetic product starch and sucrose content in different position of cassava, the results showed that sucrose of assimilation product of leaves is transported to earthnut through phloem, then sucrose transform into starch with the starch synthase. With earthnut starch content of cassava adding ,the sucrose content in leaves and earthnut have increasing trend, the starch content in leaves and leaves stalks have descending trend.
