Abstract: This text introduces some application instances that using “3s” technology monitor pollution-free food base of Beijing. It introduces and analyses methods of RS , GPS and GIS which are used to analyze dynamically and manage base, discusses the suitable technology for monitoring area , changing , environment , etc of base by “3s” technology. Trough application instances, the text can prove the realizing of “3s” technology for monitoring base.
