Abstract:

To improve the efficiency of enzymolysis, soybean straw was pretreated by using the microwave reactor and enzyme hydrolyzed by ultrasound-assisted method. By means of the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis, the compact structure of soybean straw is evidently destructed after the microwave pretreatment, and was beneficial to hydrolyze by cellulase. Condition of microwave pretreatment is optimized by orthogonal experimental. As result, the optimal conditions for the microwave pretreatment of soybean straw are shown as follows: microwave irradiation power 400W, irradiation time 40 min, irradiation temperature 60 ℃. In optimized condition of the microwave pretreatment and ultrasound-assisted enzymolysis, the enzymatic hydrolysis yield of the straw is 11.06% at 7 h, which was almost equal as the yield (11.77%) of the conventional enzymolysis at 48 h. The enzyme efficiency increased significantly.
