Abstract:

Measure and analysis the pigment content and production performance of seven marigold genotypes, which introduced from America, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, and expected to select the high pigment content and yield marigold genotypes to extend cultivation. The result indicated that the pigment content of marigold genotype F which introduced from America and the E which introduced from Inner Mongolia were high, reach 17.72g/kg and 17.61g/kg respectively, and the yield were relative high too, which could be used as culture application genotype to extend culture in large area, and the pigment content of marigold genotype A is the highest, reach 18.25g/kg,so it can be used as germplasm resource applied in marigold breeding.
