  Effectiveness Evaluation of the Stockbreeding Science & Technology Developing Strategies Implemented by the HeBei Province on DEA Analysis 2009, 25 (21):  1-4.  Abstract + ( 1292 )   PDF ( 982513KB )   ( 946 ) Basing on the effectiveness of stockbreeding technological activities, this paper applies DEA model to evaluate the success of the stockbreeding Science & Technology Developing Strategies implemented by the HeBei province. On one side, from the DEA analysis of the Outputs & Inputs of stockbreeding Science & Technology between 2000 and 2007, a conclusion is drawn that, in HeBei,for most years, stockbreeding technological productions have been comparatively effective, however, with constant even decreasing returns to scale. On the other side, another analysis is conducted of the stockbreeding technological key projects undertaken during “the eleventh five”period in HeBei, to reveal the DEA characters of different projects. Eventually, several propositions and policies are derived for the improvements of stockbreeding strategies.

  Effects of Five Feed Composition on the Growth and Development of Martianus dermestoides Chevrolat 2009, 25 (21):  5-8.  Abstract + ( 1342 )   PDF ( 6131243KB )   ( 958 ) In this paper, under changing temperature conditions, those indicators such as the larvae,Pupa and adult morphology, activedegree, feeding habits were observed on those M. dermestoides Chevrolat feeding on soyrice, flour, popcorn meal, soybean meal, herbal medicine meal. Effects of Five Feed Composition on pupae, pupaweight and imagoweight were analysed when the larvae pupated. Results showed that the the pupae of M. dermestoides Chevrolat feeding on the soybean meal is the longest while the pupae of M. dermestoides Chevrolat feeding on the soyrice is the shotest. The treatment of soyrice,,flour gave the higher pupaweight. In five feed composition the sequence of imagoweigh from heavy to light is, herbal medicine meal, popcorn, flour, soyrice ,soybean meal. Based on an integrated consideration of the effects of the feeds and their cost, a compound feed is recommended that contains popcorn meal as the primary components combined with some soyrice.

  Development of Real-time Fluorescent Quantitative PCR for Detection of Porcine LFA-1 and CTLA-4 2009, 25 (21):  13-17.  Abstract + ( 1322 )   PDF ( 3312921KB )   ( 1281 ) Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】To construct the detection method of Real- time Fluorescent Quantitative PCR (Real-time FQ-PCR) for LFA-1/CTLA-4 partial genes. 【METHOD】The nucleotide sequence from GenBank was used for design of specific primers for LFA-1 and CTLA-4, and the standard curves of fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR for LFA-1 and CTLA-4 were established through amplification of RT-PCR, ligation of target genes and vector and transformation, identification of the recombinant plasmids and detection of cDNA sample. 【RESULTS】Statistic analysis on the basis of Real-time FQ-PCR amplification of different standard plasmids for serial dilutions of 1×109~1×102 copies /μL showed that there is a good linear relationship between Ct value and the logarithm of their concentrations（LFA-1: RSq =0.992; CTLA-4: RSq =0.994）, and that specificity existed in the amplification curves and the melting curves for LFA-1 and CTLA-4 primers. 【CONCLUSION】 The constructed plasmid samples are of high linearity, reproducibility and sensitivity, which, together with the application of the primers in the sample detections, lay a necessary technologic platform for analyzing the expression variations of LFA-1 and CTLA-4 in porcine immune cells and estimating porcine immune function.

This experiment investigated that the replication disciplinarian of PRRSV in the line of Marc-145 using Fluorescence Quantitative PCR. The results found that the virus begin to replicate in a great speed at the 12 h after inoculation and its growth is fastest between the 18-36 h, reaches peak at 48 h. These experiments supplied the production of vaccine and helps to do research on viral pathology of PRRSV.

  Studies on Antibacterial Peptides Induced from Silkworm and Their Bacteriostasis 2009, 25 (21):  30-32.  Abstract + ( 1712 )   PDF ( 538898KB )   ( 1383 ) The silkworms were treated by γ-irradiation of different doses、starvation and electric shock，the antibacterial peptides were isolated to detect its antibacterial activities by inhibition zone. The results showed that the antibacterial substance could be induced by all treatments above. Inhibiting activity by screening of inhibition zone showed that the inhibiting activity of starvation was the best. The experiment of antibacterial peptides produced from silkworms provided a new approach of its comprehensive utilization.

  SRAP Marker Technique and Its Application in Genetic Diversity Analyses of Vegetable Crops 2009, 25 (21):  43-48.  Abstract + ( 1412 )   PDF ( 546135KB )   ( 1378 ) SRAP (sequence-related amplified polymorphisms) is based on random amplification from sequences in coding sequences of ORFs which generally contain many GC bases and in promoter and intron sequences with an AATT core in 3’ region. The exon-intron markers often results with relatively high DNA polymorphism because the interval sequence length between intron and extron varies in genomes of different individuals. The SRAP marker system is a relatively recently developed DNA polymorphism technique with several advantages over other systems: simplicity, reasonable throughput rate, low cost, high reliability, easy isolation of bands for sequencing, which received concerns widely. In the last few years, it has been used in genetic diversity analysis in many plants like Brassica vegetables, potato, garlic, celery, rice, cherry, and apple. In this paper, the technical mechanism of SRAP, process of experiment protocol and its application in genetic diversity analysis of vegetable plants had been widely reviewed.

The ultrastructure of crystal idioblasts changed during the maturing of leaves,the plastids were gradully disppeared while cytoplasmic was gradully dry . The content of calcium was higher in the crystal idioblasts than that of common cells,and so the crystals might belong to calcium salt crystals.Whether the crystals included other organic components were not known.The separation method of crystal idioblasts was studied.

  The research on the molecular identification and coincidence rate on CMS hybrid seeds purity of Brassica napus 2009, 25 (21):  54-58.  Abstract + ( 1363 )   PDF ( 810462KB )   ( 986 ) The RAPD standard map of CMS hybrids Qinyou 7 and Qin zayou1 that were popularized in practice was constructed according to plenty of primers selections and times of replication, and the hybrid seeds purity of those two commercial were detected. The research on correlation between the samples that represented the seed population and field planted population was analyzed, which revealed that the correlation coefficient was over 97% between the molecular detection result and field performance, this results indicated that the method for analyzing the seeds purity of rapeseed hybrids was reliable. This method was successively used in 5 years in practice on hundreds of samples, ten thousands of single plant and more that twenty thousand kg hybrid seeds.

  The Selection of Antibiotics and Their Concentration during Gene Transformation via Leaf Disc Regeneration System in Grapes 2009, 25 (21):  59-63.  Abstract + ( 1388 )   PDF ( 1687080KB )   ( 1866 ) It was studied that the effect of Kanamycin and Hygromycin on the growth of subcultured explants and the efficiency of adventitious bud regeneration from leaves in vitro by using seedless grape cultivar of Melissa cultured in vitro, in order to determine the optimal concentration for the adventitious bud regeneration and trangnic plants screening; and the effect of the concentration of Cefotaxime and Carbenicillin on the efficiency of adventitious bud regeneration, in order to determine the optimal antibiotics and their concentration used after co-culture process. The results showed that the subculture plantlets were more sensitive to Hygromycin than to Kanamycin. The Hygromycin was considered to be more useful than Kanamycin as a selecting marker during gene transformation in grapes. The supplying of Hygromycin 3.0 mg/L in the media could led the subculture plantlets to death and was suggested to be used as the optimal concentration for transgenic lines screening. The supplying of Hygromycin 3.0 mg/L in the media could fully restrict the adventitious bud regeneration and could be used as a selecting pressure for the regeneration of adventitious buds with antibiotic-resistant. The supplying of Cefotaxime 300 mg/L or Carbenicillin 400 mg/L could eliminated the growth of Agrobacteria eventually, but it could limit the adventitious bud regeneration from leave as well.

By the sequence alignment, the Rar1 fragment of chewing cane cloned from chewing cane cDNA had high similarity with the Rar1’s CCCH and CHORD-Ⅱregions of other crops. Rar1 fragment was constructed plant antisense expression vector pCAM-RAR1. The antisense gene was integrated into the genome of chewing cane callus via Agrobacterium tumefaciens EHA105 mediation. It provided a reliable base for the function s tudy on chewing cane Rar1 gene.

  The Shape and Distribution of 5-HT Cells in Digestive Tract of Columba livia domesticus 2009, 25 (21):  69-72.  Abstract + ( 1276 )   PDF ( 2337042KB )   ( 922 ) Abstract：Immunohistochemical localization and morphology of 5-Hydroxytryptamine immunoreactive cells (5-HT cells) in the digestive tract of Columba livia domesticus have been investigated by using the ABC（avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex）immunostaining technique.The results indicated that the 5-HT positive immunoreactive cells could be observed throughout the digestive tract, from stomach to rectum. The density curve appeared wavelike and their density is the highest in the cardiac part of rectum(5.20±1.94) ,followed by the ileum(4.55±3.14). The lowest cell density is found in the stomach(1.7±0.80).The 5-HT cells distribute at the bottom of epithelial cells, between epithelial cells, between glandular epithelial cells or in the lamina propria.The 5-HT cells have different shapes including round, shuttle-like, tapering and other shapes. Anthors suggest that 5-HT positive immunoreactive cells in the digestive tract of Columba livia domesticus should have both endocrine and exocrine functions.

  Evaluation of measurement uncertainty on arsenic detection by atomic fluorescence spectrometer 2009, 25 (21):  77-81.  Abstract + ( 1310 )   PDF ( 5712043KB )   ( 1355 ) The total arsenic content of cabbage as a certified reference material (CRM) was analyzed in order to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer (AFS) method. The result showed that the uncertainty in measurement was contributed to that of the standard curve is main uncertainty component. The expanded uncertainty of AFS measurement was 0.0098 mg/kg. The detected total As contend in the cabbage sample was (0.066±0.010) mg/kg，which was consistent with CRM value (0.062±0.014) mg/kg. Results suggested that analysing procedure of As content was under control and reliable.

  Effects of Various Calcium Treatment on Senescence-related Physiology of Jinqiu Pear Fruits 2009, 25 (21):  82-85.  Abstract + ( 1454 )   PDF ( 972345KB )   ( 1058 ) Experiment was conducted with Jinqiu pear.CaCl2, CaCl2+NAA solution was sprayed on Jinqiu pear to explore the impact on fruit quality and physiological characteristic during storage at low temperature. The results shows that, compared with control, applying calcium treatment to young fruits can greatly improve the Calcium content and firmness of fruit, and reduce the disease rate. Applying calcium treatment significantly inhibited enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase(POD), catalase(CAT) activity be reduced, and lowered fruit membrane permeability, and decreased content of malondialdehyde (MDA). It is suggested that applying calcium to young fruits reduced lipid peroxidation, delayed fruit senescence and ripening, and CaCl2+ NAA treatment was more effective than CaCl2 treatment.

The result indicated that the pigment content of marigold genotype F which introduced from America and the E which introduced from Inner Mongolia were high, reach 17.72g/kg and 17.61g/kg respectively, and the yield were relative high too, which could be used as culture application genotype to extend culture in large area, and the pigment content of marigold genotype A is the highest, reach 18.25g/kg,so it can be used as germplasm resource applied in marigold breeding.

  Comprehensive Evaluation of New Forage Sorghum Hybrids Tested in Various Regions 2009, 25 (21):  97-101.  Abstract + ( 1379 )   PDF ( 1906114KB )   ( 852 ) By comprehensive appreciating method of fuzzy mathematics, comprehensive evaluation was made to new forage sorghum hybrids tested in various regions in 2003. The results showed among 6 new forage hybrids Jincao 1, Jumbo were significantly superior to the control Wancao 2 in forage yield per hectare, yield characters and comprehensive characters, such as disease resistance, lodging resistance and plant height. Their performance were superior by evaluation criterion. Value of their comprehensive index increased by 17.51% and 15.95% respectively. Comprehensive characters of Liaocao 1, Superdan were similar to the control and evaluated as relative or mediocre，Ruibao 1, Ruibao 2 were inferior to the control and evaluated as poor. Comprehensive appreciating method of fuzzy mathematics reflected objectively comprehensive characters and overcame shortcomings of evaluation by yield index. Also it had practical meaning to evaluation and release of new varieties.

The results showed that there were large difference of the adaptability of these varieties, the Liaotian1 and Liaotian3 to higher grain yield and stem sap Brix, the two varieties were suitable for planting in the spring of Nanning area.

The laccase activity was determined by spectrophotometry. The experiment results showed that optimal pH and temperature of laccase were 3.0 and 45℃ respectively. Thermal stability and storage stability were higher. The activity was inhibited by Ca2+、Mn2+、Fe3+、Ag+ ,and was enhanced by Na+、k+、Mg2+、Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+.

The western coastal flora is explicitly of tropics in nature.The statistics of distributional patterns of taxa shows that genera and species of tropical distribution take up more than 93% and 80% of the total taxa of the flora respectively .There are about 250 plant communities, 118 of which are monodominant .The communities are characterized by co-edificatoes more than monodominant species in the comunities, distribution on a small scale for the most of plant communities, thorny fruticeta, shrublands, herbages. and azonation. On the western coast there are abundant in resource plant species, poor in storage quantity, there are still some plants for promising development and utilization.

  Effects of Rhizosphere Medicine on Mycorrhizae Infection Rate and Growth of Poplar cuttings 2009, 25 (21):  127-129.  Abstract + ( 1297 )   PDF ( 544182KB )   ( 942 ) Potted Populus cuttings were used to study the influence of rhizosphere medicine composed of ectomycorrhizal fungi, plant growth regulator and plant resistant inducer in different components on infection rate and growth of cuttings under a uniform design. The results showed that mycorrhizae were formed on the cutting roots in different treatment after 60 d; 2 ectomycorrhizal fungi could establish a good symbiotic relationship with the cutting roots based on the infection rate 120 d after treatment. It was also found that the height and ground stem diameter of treated cuttings were higher compared with the controls. The biomass of cuttings with a higher mycorrhizal infection rate was increased greatly than that of controls.

Application of the method could evaluate crop variety subjectively, and results of comprehensive evaluation were more reliable.

The results showed that 45 Guangdong resources had restoring character to male-infertile lines, 8 resources had maintaining character to male-infertile lines and 19 resources had restoring and maintaining character to male-infertile lines. The 45 hybrid combinations might be divided into 3 groups by using principal component analysis and cluster analysis based on competition superiority. Group I had 18 combinations, with the positive competition superiority of plant height, panicles of per plant and spikelets of per panicle, the negative competition superiority of the period of from sowing to heading, filled spikelets per panicle, seed setting, 1000-grain weight and grain weight per plant. Group II had 11 combinations, with the positive competition superiority of panicles per plant, spikelets per panicle, filled spikelets per panicle and grain weight per plant, the negative competition superiority of other traits. Group III had 16 combinations, with the positive competition superiority of panicles per plant and spikelets per panicle, the negative competition superiority of other traits. Among the 57 hybrid combinations, the brown rice rates of 12, 20 and 18 hybrid combinations reached the first , second and third grade of the national high quality rice standards respectively. The chalky rice rates of 16, 28 and 6 hybrid combinations reached the first , second and third grade of the national high quality rice standards respectively. The head rice rate of 1 combination (Yixiang 1A/Sanhuangzhan-2) reached the second grade of the national high quality rice standards. There were more restoring types among germplasm resources from Guangdong province. Competition superiority of panicles of per plant, spikelets of per panicle and chalky rice rates were significant.

The yield increased both with the increase of nitrogen application rate and plant density, but declined in very high plant density. The results also showed that, in the low plant density ,that is, basic seedlings lower than 165×104／hm2, planting Mian Za Mai 168 could obtain yield above 6750kg/hm2 and economic benefits higher than 8,000yuan／hm2 in the condition that the soil fertility were in the middle level and the nitrogen application rate were 150～300kg／hm2.

The result showed that significant difference exist in nitrate accumulation among 16 varieties which independent of nitrite, crude protein and total sugar, screening the high-quality and low-nitrate accumulator is feasible. SYM and LLY are high-nitrate accumulator while HGQ, XKF, XD and GHQ are low-nitrate accumulator. When grow in medium containing NO3- 5mM~20mM, the absorption of NO3- is significant higher in SYM than that in HGQ; The SYM posses higher absorption rate and affinity to NO3- than HGQ according to it’s high Vmax and low Km value. Our result made foundation of breeding for low-nitrate-accumulator.

The results showed that chlorine application level was positively correlated with the contents of K+（P<0.05）, Cl-, negatively with the ratio of K2O/Cl（P<0.05）. When chlorine application level ranged between 0 kg/hm2 and 112.50 kg/hm2, which could increase yield, output value and ratio of first- and middle grade of leaves. When chlorine application level was 67.50 kg/hm2, the highest yield, output value and proportion of middle and superior grade of leaves could be gotten. The differences of output value between 67.50Cl kg/hm2 and CK was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The chemical component contents of tobacco leaves of 22.50 Cl kg/hm2 treatment was close to the requirements for high-quality tobacco, and the coordinatability among different chemical components of which was better than other chlorine treatments. Comprehensively considering agronomic characters, economic characters and quality, the optimum Cl application level should be 22.50~67.50 kg/hm2 for high-quality flue-cured tobacco growth in Yuxi city, Yunnan province.

The bioassay results indicated that the alkaloids inhibited mycelial growth of 11 species investigated plant-pathogenic fungal in vitro. It especially could markedly inhibited the mycelial growth to Botrytis cinerea and Rhizoctomia solani. Their EC50 value against B. cinerea and R. solani were 0.022 g?L-1 and 0.024 g?L-1, respectively. The spore germination EC50 value against B. cinerea, Alternaria alternate and Exserohilum turcicum were 0.028, 0.032 and 0.064 g?L-1, respectively. In addition, protective effect and therapeutic effect of thymol (0.75 g?L-1) against the B. cinerea. were 72.01% and 60.28% in potted, respectively, which is no significant difference between Procymidone and thymol.

The mortality from petroleum ether extract of Inula britanica；Ricinus communis methanol ether extract；Photinia serrulate petroleum ether extract after treatment，which showed significantly higher acaricidal activities than the other ones in the concentration of 1mg/mL The result of acaricidal activities test showed their LC50 value as follows: Inula britanica. Photinia serrulate petroleum ether extract with LC50 value of (1.1843±0.0868mg/mL) and (1.3731±0.0898 mg/mL). Ricinus communis methanol ether extract with LC50 value of (1.2111±0.1616 mg/mL).

The results showed under the natural condition that functional response of H. patellifera serville to adults of M. occifuvis was determined as Holling’s type Ⅱ, the model was Na=0.448Nt/(1+0.01238Nt), a′=0.448, Th=0.02759h, the maximum predation was 36.24. The searching efficiency was de-creased with the increase of the density of themselves, and the mathematic model was E=0.328P-0.355. The model concerned provides scientific support for evaluation of the control effect of H. patellifera serville to adults of M. occifuvis.

  Study on the effect of fertilizer coated with ecological function material palygorskite on the yield and quality of potato 2009, 25 (21):  292-295.  Abstract + ( 1295 )   PDF ( 517286KB )   ( 912 ) Palygorskite is natural and nanometer-sized ecological function material, due to its good adsorbability and slow-releasing effect, it can be used as neurotrophic agents of crop and slow-release formulation of fertilizer in ecological agriculture.　To further prove its ecological function, the field experiment has been made to study the effect of fertilizer coated with ecological function material palygorskite on the yield and quality of potato, and the result showed that: ecological function material palygorskite fertilizer could effectively faise potato outputs and improve its quality. Single application of palygorskite could make the yield increased by 17.38%, and compound fertilizer with it could increase by 46.85～59.95%; Single application of palygorskite could increase the starch content of potato by 0.24%, and compound fertilizer with it could increase by 46.85～59.95%.So the results also showed that palygorskite has slow-releasing effect on fertilizer.

  Screening for High Yield Laccase Producing Strains from Auricularia auricula 2009, 25 (21):  301-304.  Abstract + ( 1337 )   PDF ( 2353141KB )   ( 986 ) To screen the strains with high production of laccase from A. Auricula so that the properties and gene expression of A. Auricula laccase as well as its structures and functions can be studied. 10 strains were brought from Henan Agricultural Academy of Science and Henan Institution of Biology，respectively. All strains grown on PDA plate containing 0.04% guaiacol were selected according to their diameters and shades of coloration circle. When further screening was taken in submerged fermentation，Dimao-1 showed highest level of laccase activeity at 363.85U/L after cultured in shaken flasks for 11d. Dimao-1 was potential strains of A. auticula for further research in laccase gene clone and expression. Three kinds of laccased were identified by the colorness development of zymogram stained with guaiacol after Native polyacrylamide electrophoresis.

Heavy metal elements are one of the most serious pollutants which resulted in the pollution of coastal area. Lots of reported studies illustrated that mangrove ecosystems which lie in the intertidal zone have the capability of assimilating and accumulating heavy metal elements. This article summarizes the regular pattern of mobilzing, accumulation and purification of heavy metal elements in mangrove ecosystems, based on the features of mangrove ecosystems. Moreover, the study suggested some anti-pollution methods and provides scientific basis for the protection and the ecological benefit evaluation of mangrove ecosystems.

Nanometer solid acid SO42-/TiO2 was prepared with different methodologies and was co-doped with silver and ferrum to form nanometer SO42-/TiO2-(Ag，Fe).The products were characterized by photocatalytic activities、XRD、FT-IR and DRS. The results showed that the nanometer SO42-/TiO2 particles prepared by supercritical CO2 drying had better photocatalytic activity、superacid properties and more efficient photo-quantum effect. (Ag,Fe)co-doped SO42-/TiO2 brought about cooperativity effect, extending the light absorption width into visible spectrum.

Five classes of land desertification sensitivity ranging from low to extreme were generated: non-sensitivity zone, low sensitivity zone, moderate sensitivity zone, high sensitivity zone and extreme sensitivity zone.The result show that about 88.9% of study area are low sensitivity or moderate sensitivity,15.3% of which is in high sensitivity and non in extreme sensitivity; the desertification sensitivity in the whole region is decreasing from south-west to north-east from the spatial distribution; At last the advices and countermeasures for different zones are put forward .

The relationship of the temperature zone and soil erosion in Loess Plateau is discussed through using the spatial overlay statistics for the soil erosion and temperature zone data based on Geographical information system. The results show that water erosion 、wind erosion and Water-wind erosion distributes from temperature zone grade 1 to grade 5.. Water erosion above very heavy intensity dominate from temperature zone grade 2 to grade 4. Frozen erosion distributes from temperature zone grade 1 to grade 3. Water erosion index, in temperature zone grade 4 (accumulated Temp from 3500℃ to 4500℃)，is bigger than those in the rest vegetation region. Wind erosion index，in temperature zone grade 1(accumulated Temp <1700℃) ，is bigger than those in the rest vegetation region. Water-wind erosion index，in temperature zone grade 2(accumulated Temp from 1700℃ to 2600℃)， is bigger than those in the rest vegetation region. These results can provide scientific evidences for the protection, utilization, recovery and reconstruction of Loess Plateau and demonstrate the effectiveness of studying the relationships of the temperature zone grade and soil erosion by Geographical information system and landscape ecological method.

According to the standards of International Commission on radiological Protection(ICRP), We assessmented the health risk of vegetables which were above limits.The results of the analysis indicate that some vegetables content of lead exceeded the National limit(GB18406.1-2001).the annual non-carcinogenic risks of vegetables polluted by Pb to individual human health were 1.271×10-7·a-1,were lower than the standards of International Commission on radiological Protection(ICRP),which indicated that the health risk via vegetable consumption in Jinzhong city was relative low. It will not pose a significant risk to exposed populations.

Nitrogen cycle in Clone PR107 2009, 25 (21):  339-350.  Abstract + ( 1152 )   PDF ( 1036227KB )   ( 1022 ) The biomass allocation, productivity, nitrogen cycle of clone PR107 in XiLian, XiQing, and CATAS farm state, DanZhou, Hainan province, were compared study by selecting the similar stands in stand structure, site and management practices, but different stand ages, from 2 to 28-year-old. The results showed that the 2a to 28a rubber trees were significantly different in biomass allocation, productivity allocation, nitrogen accumulation, fallitter, nitrogen return and nitrogen use efficiency (NUE). The rubber trees of different ages had showed different nutrient biological traits. (i) The nitogen amount in different organs was relative to age of trees and season. The order of nitrogen percentage in organs’ was: leaf>branch>root>bark>trunk>latex. However, it’s accumulation and allocation was: trunk>branch>leaf>bark>root>latex. Nitrogen accumulation in 28yr growth period of PR107 was 5639.12 kg/hm2, in which nitrogen was 1606.13 kg/hm2, and 28.84%. (ii) Along with age growth of rubber tree, the total fallitter, nitrogen return amount to soil and return ratio of nitrogen from fallitter were increased, of which 0.295～11.08t/hm2 of fallitter and 13.44~431.4kg/hm2 of nutrition be returned by fallitter per one year, including 5.28～162.62kg/hm2 of nitrogen. (iii) The NUE was varied among different age trees and organs, which was higher at younger trees, and then lower gradually along with age growth.
