The results showed that the change rule of length of NO. 8 leaf to NO.26 leaf was accordant, while their width had not change rules. The length of NO.16 leaf and the width of NO.18 leaf were adjacent among the three oil palm tree. But the ratio of leaf length to width had not ruler, changed among 17.6 to 33.5. The change of leaf water content was consistent in different oil palm leaves. And the water content of NO.16 to NO.18 leaf was the highest, which were from 59.4% to 64.6%. And the water content of young leaves was higher than the old leaves’.

The results were as follows：The concentration of TP and ALB in diet 2 was significant difference (P<0.05) between diet 1 and diet 3,4；The concentration of UREA in diet 2 was highest,and significant difference (P<0.05) between diet 2 and diet4；The concentration of GLU in diet 2 was significant difference (P<0.05) between diet 1 and diet 4，there was no significant difference (P<0.05) between diet 2 and diet3；The concentration of TG and TC tended to increase, The concentration of AST,ALT and GLB were no significant difference (P<0.05).

The drug mixed ratio is 1:3 of Echinacea and Astragalusratio.The aim is to clear the differences in immune organ index and the dynamic changes of blood biochemical parameters after fed Echinacea purpurea, Astragalus .The result claimed that group F is significant than others. About biochemical indicators of blood, the Ast / Alt is significant differences at the P<0.01 level between Treatment group with group E. Means that Echinacea purpurea、Astragalus significantly reduced IBD in chickens infected with the damage caused by the body and effect to prevent the disease, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of vaccine-preventable.

Suppliers of the commercial forests are unable to take back their investments so that the supply of non-commercial forests are insufficient. The paper theoretically analyzes the factors influencing the demand and supply of non-commercial forests and puts forward strategies for demand and supply equilibrium of ecologic benefits of non-commercial forests. The strategies include the establishment of demander payment mechanism of non-commercial forests by the government, clarifying the demanders of non-commercial forests, motivating the supply of non-commercial forests, and categorizing the supply of non-commercial forests for differential treatments and compensation.

Based on the ingredient ratio experiment for nanometer SO42-/TiO2-(Ag,Fe) photocatalytic coating, we obtained the optimal methodology parameters：photocatalyst of 6%,composite SO42-/TiO2-(Ag、Fe) fluorocarbon resin coating with supercritical CO2 content of 30% was sprayed through the nozzle with 0.4mm diameter under condition of 14MPa, 60℃,which lead to the result that the VOC of coating reduced 43.5%.The degradation rate constant of Rhodamine B by coating film was 3. 84×10-2S-1 , which is more than that by ordinary brush by 17.8%. Many kinds of hardly-degraded organic compound such as helianthin B, fuchsin, phenol,also can be mineralized entirely by this kind of coating film, moreover, the photocatalytic activity of degradating Rhodamine B did not decrease obviously after 5 cycle runs, Rhodamine B can be completely mineralized in the 140mins under the visible light.

Methods：We choose the traditional Chinese immunopharmacology method to test the effect of bufonis parenteral solution on the immunocytes. We take the Balb/c mouse spleen lymphocyte incubate with bufonis parenteral solution combine with LPS or Con A, for test spleen proliferation activity; bufonis pareteral solution incubate with peritoneal macrophage for test the capability of phagocytosis; bufonis pareteral solution incubate with NK cell, for test the cytotoxic activity of Yac-1 cells. We also evaluated spleen lymphocyte secrete cytokines by ELISA method. The results showed that bufonis parenteral solution treated alone or combined with polyclonal T cell mitogen (Con A or LPS) in a certain dose range, the effects significantly enhanced the proliferation, and the solution significantly promote the PMΦ phagocytosis neutral red capacity (P<0.05, P< 0.01). Bufonis parenteral solution alone significantly enhanced the NK cytotoxic activity of Yac-1 cells (P<0.05, P<0.01). Bufonis parenteral solution also induce cytokines secretion in vitro (P<0.05, P<0.01). The results indicated that bufonis parenteral solution not only enhances adaptive immunity, but also activates innate immunity.

Cloned fragments were digested by ten kinds of restriction endonucleases . Result of PCR-RFLP showed that no length diversity among different individual were detected both in D-Loop region and Cyt b gene. Among ten restriction endonucleases, Cyt b gene could be digested by two kinds of those and D-Loop region could be digested by three kinds of those. Three kinds of haplotypes were detected with five enzymes. Diversity among individuals of Bronze gudgeon was detected in Cyt b gene , while no diversity was found among different individuals in D-Loop region. The haplotype diversity index of of Bronze gudgeon in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River was 0.6071,which revealed a lower genetic diversity in mtDNA.

The virus was identified as an H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus by haemagglutination inhibition test and polymerase chain reaction. Analysised by BLAST in GenBank database, the products of the PCR were all share 99% similarity with those of strain A/chicken/Shandong/6/96(H9N2), and the three genes fragment were all derived from the genes pool of H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses. The phylogenetic analysis of HA gene showed that the fragment of the isolate was similar to that of the A/CK/BJ/94 lineage of H9N2 viruses.

The results showed that fertilization had obvious influence on crop output， and the average output of rice was decreased in the order of OM+NPK>NPK>OM>CK，the average output of faba bean decreased in the order of OM+NPK> OM > NPK >CK. OM mixed or substituted with NPK conduced to high and steady yield of rice and faba bean，and contribution rate of fertilizer. And the faba bean could develop healthily and increase yield by proper P and K or microelement fertilization supply at its development stage, not only before rice planted.

Results showed, compared to single ammonium nitrogen (NH4+-N) supply, single nitrate nitrogen (NO3--N) supply is better for cucumber seedlings growth. When NO3--N: NH4+-N ratio at 75:25, the length of axial root, total surface area of root, total volume of root, height of strain, stem thickness, dry weight of earth proportion was the highest. NR activity was increased along with NO3--N increasing. When NH4+-N supply was less than NO3--N, GS activity was increased along with NO3--N increasing. When NH4+-N supply was equal to NO3--N, GS activity arrived peak. When NH4+-N supply was more than NO3--N, GS activity descent. In conclusion, NO3--N: NH4+-N ratio at 75:25 was the best proportion for cucumber seedlings growth.

The control effects of 6 fungicides against seedling blight of dichondra repens were studied. The results showed that the antibacterial effects of ZhengYuan, Dapuyin and Juntuo are better than others in laboratory. The control efficacy of ZhengYuan, Dapuyin and Juntuo against seedling blight of dichondra repens were 81.8%, 76.7% and 80.6%, respectively, in field.

The main evaluation indexes of 58 varieties of Apricot in the South of Xinjiang, including fruit weight, fruit shape index, flesh firmness, total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acid (TA), flavor, etc, were measured. The data were analyzed by principal component analysis and systematic cluster analysis. The results showed that there was either relative independence or close correspondence among the evaluation indexes of apricot fruit quality. Principal components analysis showed that the first six principal components variance accumulation contribution rate amounted to 85.213%,which reflected most of the quality of apricot. According to their cluster analysis，the tested 10 indexes were divided into 6 types，finally 6 indexes predigested for evaluating apricot table quality were obtained, which were fruit weight, fruit shape, TA ,Vc , flavor and colour.

  Studies on effects of leaf chlorosis of shiranuhi on its photosynthetic characteristic 2009, 25 (22):  0-0.  Abstract + ( 1417 )   PDF ( 573845KB )   ( 794 ) The photosynthetic characteristics of leaves from normal and chlorotic shiranuhi under field conditions were investigated using the CI-340 portable photosynthesis system, and the leaf epidermis features of them were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), the main results were showed that chlorotic leaf chlorophyll a+b concentration and leaf area were significantly lower than those of normal shiranuhi (p=0.045, p=0.003), whereas carotenoid concentration was dramatically higher in chlorotic leaves than in normal leaves from shiranuhi (p=0.049), stomas were all distributed in lower epidermis of both, at a.m. 8:00, no distinct differences were detected on the stomatal frequency and apertures among them. The single peaks were found on the diurnal variations in net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of them, the peak of normal shiranuhi occurred at 8:00, in advance two hours compared with that of chlorotic shiranuhi, furthermore, the peak of Pn was relatively lower in leaves from chlorotic shiranuhi than from the normal one. Simple correlation analyses showed that the factors affecting Pn of chlorotic shranuhi could be ranked, from the highest to the lowest, as stomatal conductance(Gs)> CO2 concentration in field (Ca) >photosynthesis availability radiation(PAR)> transpiration rate(Tr), however, Pn of normal shranuhi was significantly correlated to Gs and Tr.

Total sugar increases rather fast after stacking has begun. The change of total sugar and starch content is contrary and has a significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficient r=-0.89. Both total nitrogen and nicotine content in leaf at the end of stacking stage change less compared with those before stacking. Longer stacking is in favor of coordination of chemical compositions in tobacco leaves and improving the quality of cut tobacco. The appropriate stacking hour for cutters and upper leaves should be at least five days.

The yield of Chuanjiangyou No 3 in national regional trials was 9.44 t/hm2 , beyonded the Shanyou 63 9.96％, The quality of rice was excellent. It was registered and released to commercial production in national in 2007. The data of national regional trials of Chuanjiangyou No 3 were analyzed by the correlation between yield traits and yield, multiple regression and path analysis, and then the high-yield cultivation techniques was put forward. The analysis of correlation and path showed that the effective panicle, grain number and 1000-grain weight had a greater effect on rice yield.The high-yield cultivation techniques of Chuanjiangyou No 3 as follows: Based on suitable planting density, certain number of effective panicle, Cultivation strategy for high yield should be taken to put emphasis on large panicles, improve grain number and 1000-grain weight.

The contact toxicities of these 8 herbal extracts against Tetranychus cinnabarinus were further determined using a series concentration of various extracts. Among the 8 herbal extracts, chloroform extract of Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth had lowest LC50 value (0.5380±0.1319mg/mL). Petroleum ether extract of Quisqualis indica L. was in the second place with LC50 value of 0.5554±0.1088 mg/mL. This was followed by Herba Polygoni Avicularis chloroform extract with LC50 value of 0.7153±0.1253 mg/mL. At Glu-A1 locus, three alleles were detected, which encoded subunit 1, 2*and Null respectively and the major subunit was Null with the frequency of 40.20%;At Glu-B1 locus, five alleles were detected, which encoded7、7+8、7+9、6+8、17+18, the 7+9 was the major subunit pattern(59.80%). At Glu-D1 locus, there were three alleles which encoded 2+12 、2+12’ and 5+10 respectively were detected, and there are 51.96% materials took the subunit 5+10. Sixteen subunit combination patterns were identified and the major pattern was “Null, 7+9, 2+12”with the frequency of 25.5%.It is worth mentioning that there were twenty one cultivars with the score of 10 and twenty nine varieties with the score of 9 according to Payne’s scoring system.It was showed that these materials may be a promising resource for improving the bread-making quality of wheat in China.

In order to investigate whether the AtNHX1 gene transformation can enhance the NaHCO3 tolerance of the T1 transgenic plants, relative conductivity in leaves of the transgenic plant and control were estimated when they were cultured under the 80mmol/L NaHCO3 (pH 8.25)stress. The results indicated that the intergration of AtNHX1 gene enhanced the resistance to the NaHCO3 stress of the transgenic tomato. Breeding salt and alkali tolerant transgenic AtNHX1 tomato cultivars is one approach to reducing the deleterious effects of saline environment on tomato.

Through on-the-spot investigation, the author divided the 419 eco-tourism resources monomer of southeastern (including the Nyingchi area and the Qamdo area) into 14 ecology tourist areas and 77 eco-tourism sub-region. Used the method of factor analytic and fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation, this article has evaluated the landscape quality scale of 77 eco-tourism sub-region and discussed that the sightseeing eco-tourism products, vocational eco-tourism products and the special eco-tourism products are the predominant type to develop eco-tourism product.

In this study, we analyzed and located quantitative trait loci (QTL) for cold tolerance to cold tolerance at the seedling stage (CTS) using a backcross inbred lines (BILs) derived from a backcross of Koshihikari(japonica)/Kasalath(indica)//Koshihikari through 162 RFLP markers. Resultantly, continuous phenotypic variations for CTS was observed, indicating that CTS was quantitatively inherited traits. Four QTLs for CTS were located on chromosome 1、3、11、12 , which explained 7.4%-21.9% of the phenotypic variance, respectively, all alleles increasing CTS come from the Koshihikari parent. Through fine mapping, a major QTL(qCTS-12) on chromosome 12 was narrowed to the physical distance of 77kb between RM28596 and R1709. These results and molecular markers tightly linked to QTLs detected in this study can provide useful information for molecular breeding and cloning of of cold tolerance genes in rice.

  Features of First and Last Frost Event Occurrence and Its Influence on Agriculture over Northern Shanxi 2009, 25 (22):  0-0.  Abstract + ( 1515 )   PDF ( 586523KB )   ( 960 ) Based on the daily minimum temperature data measured at 12 meteorological stations over northern Shanxi from 1970 to 2008, the method of modern climatic diagnosis was used to analyze the climatic features of the first and last frost event occurrence and their influence on agriculture. Here are the results: (1) The relation was obvious both dates of first and last frost event occurrence and altitude, the higher the altitude, the earlier the first frost while it was opposite for the last frost.The influence of altitude on the last frost is more evident than on the first frost.(2) Much of the northern Shanxi,the trend was found that the first frost event occurrence was late while the last frost was seen early,but the anomaly between years was remarkable and it can be over 30d.(3) The delaying trend of the first frost mainly began from 21st century, but the decadal change of the last frost was not synchronous, the turning point appeared in 1990s for most representative stations, it was late in 1970s and 1980s,early in 1990s and 21st century. (4) Along with the change of frost event occurrence, the possibility might be drop markedly for early and late stage of maize growth to suffer from frost, it was advantageous for local maize growth.

Secondly, the blue component of the image are extracted, the noise are eliminated used the median filtering、dilation and erosion. the corn leaf are segregated from the background by Ostu threshold segrement method. Thirdly, every reginal of the object is labeled and calculated its’ pixel number. Lastly, the corn leaf’s real area can be got through the corn leaf’s pixel number and the image resolution ratio.【RESULT】The result shows that there are close relationships between digital image processing method and “Maximum length ×width”ruler method, and digital image is more accurate than the “Maximum length ×width”ruler method. 【CONCLUTION】This kind of shooting method can avoid engendering the geometric distortion. the intensity of the object and the background has the most different in the blue component of the image.

The results showed that the toxicity order of 14 insecticides to Spodoptera litura was arranged as follows: Indoxacarb > emamectin benzoate > chlorfenapyr > methoxyfenozide > spinosad > deltamethrin > lambda-cyhalothrin > fipronil > chlorpyrifos > tebufenozide > abamectin > profenofos > beta-cypermethrin > methomyl. The toxicity order to Bombyx mori was arranged as follows: emamectin benzoate = abamectin > deltamethrin > spinosad > beta-cypermethrin >indoxacarb > lambda-cyhalothrin > chlorpyrifos > tebufenozide > methomyl > fipronil > profenofos > methoxyfenozide > chlorfenapyr. The seletctive toxicity of chlorfenapyr was the highest among 14 insecticides tested, and its seletctive toxicity ratio（STR, Bombyx mori LC50 / Spodoptera litura LC50）reached 36.26. Indoxacarb showed rather high seletctive toxicity, and STR was 5.56 . The seletctive toxicity of abametin was the lowest. The results suggest that chlorfenapyr is an insecticide suitable to control Spodoptera litura in mulberry field and safe to Bombyx mori.

Yuhua 15 had higher GCA effect in major yield traits such as pods weight per plant, weight per 100-seed, No. of two full pods and No. of one blighted pod, and its hybrid with Puhua 8 had higher SCA effect in some traits such as pods weight per plant, weight per 100-seed, height of main axis and length of primary branch. Yuhua 15 is a valuable parent in peanut breeding Henan province.

It was estimated that the involved acreage of rice in 2003 was about 3 million ha, with a loss of about 5.18 million rice grain yields. The serious heat stress situation in YRV might be closely correlated with the characteristic climatic environment of this area, as well as some hybrid rice cultivars commercialized here which showed likely more susceptible to heat stress. From 2003 on, heat stress of rice in YRV has gradually become a highlight issue in Chinese crop science. The current researches focus on,1) identifying on-farm micro-meteorological factors with heat stress; 2) the meteorological pattern for heat stress weather formation and its forecasting; 3) facilities and methods for germplasms and cultivars screening; 4) breeding-related researches; 5) cellular and biochemical processes underlining heat stress injury.

Serum was collected from Holstein (n=20) and Jersey×Holstein F1 dairy cows (n=20) in heat stress (THI 82.61±0.60) and no heat stress period (THI 47.42±0.51). The levels of NOS and NO were measured. The result show that: the levels of NOS in serum in heat stress period were significant lower than those in no heat stress period both in Holstein and Jersey×Holstein F1 dairy cows (P<0.01). In heat stress period, levels of NOS of Jersey×Holstein F1 dairy cow were significant lower than those of Holstein dairy cow (P<0.01); but were no significant difference between Holstein and Jersey×Holstein F1 dairy cow (P>0.05) in no heat stress period. The levels of NO in serum in heat stress period were significantly lower than those in no heat stress period in Holstein dairy cow (P<0.05); but were no significant difference between heat stress period and no heat stress period (P>0.05) in Jersey×Holstein F1 dairy cow. In no heat stress period, the levels of NO of Holstein dairy cow in serum were higher than that of Jersey×Holstein F1 dairy cow (P<0.05), but in heat stress period there is no significant difference(P>0.05).

The results showed that the characteristics of Wuhua and Meixian’s tobacco was High-carbohydrate content and Low-nitrogen compounds content, because of good light and heat conditions. Jiaoling’s tobacco had low-carbohydrate content and high-nicotine content being related to its large rainfall and high-temperature. Nanxiong’s tobacco characterized by low –total-sugar content，low-reducing-sugar content, high nicotine content in upper leaves and low nicotine content in middle leaves, had some connection with alkaline soil. The feature of Lianzhou’s tobacco was high total sugar content, high reducing sugar content and high nicotine content in upper leaves, having to do with its soil and too much rain in mature stage.

The result indicated that the difference about early-late season rice yield of both no-tillage cultivation in late season rice and normal cultivation was not remarkable, and the difference about the soil physical character and the nutrient condition of that was not obvious , so the no-tillage cultivation in late season rice will be promoted widely because the economic efficiency is obvious. The rice yield of no-tillage cultivation in early-late season rice was remarkable reduced than that of normal cultivation, but the soil bulk density was increased. However, the difference of the pH value, the organic matter and the primary nutrient content in soil by different tillage cultivation ways was not obvious.

The results were showed as follows. When seedling-throwing density was kept within the range of 180000-315000 hole/hm2, grain weight of ratooning rice remains the same. Tiller number and number of productive ear reach maximum with 20.3-24.3Seeding/Hole and 18.9-20.1 spike /hole if seedling-throwing density was kept within the range of 180000-225000 hole/hm2. If excessive bud-promoting fertilizer was applied, the length of regeneration bud increased. However, seedling number, number of productive ear, setting percentage and Microcomputer nest spike weight decreased, which resulted in low yield of hybrid medium rice. In the meantime, chemical promoter 4PU-30、Yield precise, humic acid and IAA can promote single spike weight and growth of regeneration bud, which resulted in high spike numbers and high yield.
