Abstract: In the slow developing districts, as a result of farmers’ migrant working, young farmers’ flow are the main flow of farmers and main force of migrant workers. In Pingba County, it is not the same with other regions without adequate labor; massive young farmers of Pingba County going out to work leads to great changes of the structure of rural population and labor force in developed districts. Young farmers’ going out to work has its unique driving mechanism: the enormous pressure due to not owning arable land and income disparities of industries are the main economic force, which drive farmers flow to non-agricultural industry; regional income disparities are economic incentives, which make young farmers go to the urban and the eastern district for job; certain psychological effectiveness will be resulted from hired out for working and psychological pressure of undertaking family responsibilities.
