Abstract: Abstract：The experiment was carried out to study the effects of huangsha, corn straw, Sawdust, replaced matrix on the morphological index and resistance physiology such as length, avgdiam, surfarea, rootvolume, tips and MDA, Pro with seedling nursing on moist trays. The results showed that suitable substitute had more effective raise accumulation and root morphogenesis than CK, the different substitute on resistance. The content varieties of MDA were not regularity in different substitute treatments, in the late grow-seedling stage, the content of Pro of the different substitute was higher than CK.
