Abstract: Abstract：The genetic diversity of 18 parents inbred lines from parts of new released varieties in Heilongjiang province and 5 standard tester are analysed by SSR marker technology, 43 paires of primers are selected from 79 tested core SSR primer, 174 polymorphic loci are detected and 2-8 alleles for each primer, 4.35 alleles for each loci in average and mean PIC value is 0.586. 4 genetic groups are divided for the 23 inbred lines by UPGMA clustering analyse, most of the parents in released variety come from the different groups.
