Abstract: Abstract: Since the 50s of last century, Taiwan has strategized some land and so related policies according to the specific circumstances of the economic development in different growth period. These policies not only protect the farmers who lives on lands, but also made a significant impact on agricultural restructuring, development of transitional agriculture, guide to the farmer income's improving, promotion of rural economic, and forming a famous so called “Taiwan Model”. This paper makes an analysis on Taiwan Farmers’ enterprising by these land policies.
