Abstract: Abstract: This article provided positive planning on the topic selection of the publications about “Three Dimensional Rural Issues” to improve the peasant’s competence. Meanwhile, it dedicated to providing a variety of publications with good quality and efficiency to peasants, providing scientific and intellectual supports to propel the new rural construction and making contributions to the cultivation of new type peasant. Improvement of service is a strategic way for the vitalization of publishing industry. Innovative concept should be established in publishing industry to promote the comprehensive, compatible and sustainable development of this field.
