Abstract: The plant climatic productivity had been analyzed with the model of Thornthwaite Memoriae in Fuzhou city for more than30 years, the changing reason of it also was done by analyzing the temperature, precipitation, wind speed and relative humidity. The results showed that: on the impact of temperature and wind speed, the plant climatic productivity was increment in the late 1970s and 1990s; but it varied inversely with the precipitation and the relative humidity and became decrease in the early 1970s and 1980s.
