Abstract:

Abstract： 【OBJECTIVE】Bagging was commonly used technology of late peach product. It might be helpful for studying the effect of bagging on physiological and biochemical indexes of peel tissue in peach.【METHOD】With late-maturing peach cultivars' wanxifei ' as material, bagging in the period of young , study in mature period, the physiological and biochemical indexes of peel was tested such as soluble sugar, MDA, POD and so on. 【RESULTS】The results showed that: after bagging 'wanxifei' peach skin conductivity, proline and soluble sugar content is reduced; soluble proteins, malondialdehyde content, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) activity increased in both. 【CONCLUSION】That was to say bagging was benefit for 'wanxifei' peach.
