Abstract:

The total arsenic content of cabbage as a certified reference material (CRM) was analyzed in order to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer (AFS) method. The result showed that the uncertainty in measurement was contributed to that of the standard curve is main uncertainty component. The expanded uncertainty of AFS measurement was 0.0098 mg/kg. The detected total As contend in the cabbage sample was (0.066±0.010) mg/kg,which was consistent with CRM value (0.062±0.014) mg/kg. Results suggested that analysing procedure of As content was under control and reliable.
