Abstract:

Porcine mannan-binding lectin is an important natural immune factor, it has unique features in the defense of pathogens invasion and virus identification. In recent years, some studies have found that porcine MBL levels in the body is related with pig resistance. this article discusses the studies about genetic characteristics, biological functions and disease relevance of porcine mannan-binding lectin.
