Abstract:

In order to find the vegetable pollution situation and vegetable safe level of heavy metal, We analyzed heavy metals in 10 kinds vegetables from Jinzhong City. According to the standards of International Commission on radiological Protection(ICRP), We assessmented the health risk of vegetables which were above limits. The results of the analysis indicate that some vegetables content of lead exceeded the National limit(GB18406.1-2001).the annual non-carcinogenic risks of vegetables polluted by Pb to individual human health were 1.271×10-7·a-1,were lower than the standards of International Commission on radiological Protection(ICRP),which indicated that the health risk via vegetable consumption in Jinzhong city was relative low. It will not pose a significant risk to exposed populations.
