Abstract:

SSR and SRAP were used to the genetic diversity of 18 accessions of Brassica rapa from China, then the data matrice was analyzed by the software of Structure 2.1. The result showed: three distinct gene pools exist among 18 accessions of Brassica rapa, the first is closer to the second, the third is the highest level of genetic diversity.
