Abstract:

Potted Populus cuttings were used to study the influence of rhizosphere medicine composed of ectomycorrhizal fungi, plant growth regulator and plant resistant inducer in different components on infection rate and growth of cuttings under a uniform design. The results showed that mycorrhizae were formed on the cutting roots in different treatment after 60 d; 2 ectomycorrhizal fungi could establish a good symbiotic relationship with the cutting roots based on the infection rate 120 d after treatment. It was also found that the height and ground stem diameter of treated cuttings were higher compared with the controls. The biomass of cuttings with a higher mycorrhizal infection rate was increased greatly than that of controls.
