Abstract:

Abstract: The effects of organic soil(mixture of decomposed corn stalk, manure and soil) to the Chinese cabbage in plant growth, yield and nutrient quality in solar greenhouse were studied compare to ordinary soil cultivation(CK). The results showed that the plant under organic soil cultivation growth better than CK, which has higher plant height and stem diameter. The root activity and photosynthesis rate of organic soil is better than CK. And at final, the yield of Chinese cabbage were increased and nutrient quality of Chinese cabbage were improved, the mature stage will be earlier than CK. Comparing with root non-restriction culture, root restriction by a plastic film will decrease the leakage of the nutrient atoms and water to keep a suitable fertility level, so it will saving water and fertilizer. The root activity of root restriction organic soil will higher than organic soil without film. Organic soil cultivation will increased tomato chlorophyll a, chlorophyll (a + b) content in leaves; and organic soil with film root restriction significantly increase the tomato yield and improve tomato nutrient quality. The root restriction by film will saving water and increase soil fertility, so it is a environmental friendly technique in protected horticulture.. The results showed that soil organic matter-rich non-limited cultivation of Chinese cabbage root growth potential, and root activity, and high chlorophyll content, yield significant output increased 20.68% in control; reducing nitrate content of 359mg/kg.
