Abstract:

One hundred and twenty AA male broilers of 1 day were divided into four groups at random respectively. GroupⅠ,groupⅡ and group Ⅲ were given by intragastric administration in 30,100,200mg/kg（body weight）dosages IS at the same consituation.To detect effect of different dosages IS level, the blood and tissue samples of chickens were obtained randomly at 14, 28,and 42 days. The results indicated that the weight of spleen, bursa of Fabricius were enhanced,and had higher weight than that of the control, at the same time , spleen and bursa of Fabricius index were changed with dosages. Erythocyte total rosette forming cell of T lymphocyte also indicated that IS could enhance cell immune function (P<0.05) with comparision to the control, but there was no significant difference（p＞0.05）.
