Abstract: The investigation and the sampling analysis of the vegetable fields soil in the middle of Shanxi shows that, generally there exists the accumulation of the available N and the available P and the available K and the available B tend to reduce. It shows more evidently in the old vegetable fields. The content of the organic matter and the available N is on the low side in Qi county. According to the abundance and the lack conditions of the soil nutrient content: In Yangquan, Yuci, Qingxu, and Xiaodian of Taiyuan there are more than 30% of the vegetable fields soil in which the content of the available N reaches the high level, and 50% in which the content of the available N reaches the middle level. In Qi county there are 73% of the vegetable fields soil in which the content of the available N reaches the extremely low level. In Yangquan and Yuci there are more than 80% of the vegetable fields soil in which the content of the available P reaches the high level. The fertilization technology of the vegetable fields in the middle of Shanxi province should control the nitrogen and phosphor, increase the fertilization of kalium, supplement boron and largely use organic fertilizer like the straw.
