Abstract: Abstract 48 three-way crossbred (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) finishing pigs were divided into 3 groups randomly，which were control group，experimental group 1 and 2．The control group pigs were fed to basal diet supplemented flavomycin（20mg/kg）；the experimental group 1 pigs basal diet supplemented 0.15﹪ Lonicera japonica-Astragalus membranaceus Compound Extract（LJAMCE）；the experimental group 2 pigs basal diet supplemented 0.3﹪ LJAMCE．Formal feeding experiment period was 40 d．The feeding experimental results were as follow：①the day average gain of experimental group 1 and 2 pigs was faster than the control group’s：higher than the control group by 20．4﹪（P＜0．05）and 10．0﹪（P＞0. 05）respectively；②LJAMCE can improve feed conversion ratio，higher than the control group by 9. 8﹪（P＞0. 05）and 5. 2﹪（P＞0. 05）respectively；③supplementing 0.15﹪ LJAMCE in diets has active affect on GPT、IgG、TG、vLDL and so on biochemical parameters in serum in various extents；④according to the result of this experiment，the appropriate supplementation of LJAMCE is 0. 15﹪． Key words LJAMCE；Growth performance； Biochemical parameters in serum； Finishing pigs
