Abstract:The quality of the prepared anti-Fleroxacin monoclonal antibodies were evaluated by the stability of secretion, antibody-subtype , affinity and specificity experiments’results. It showed that the five strains of hybridoma cells contained modal number of chromatin for 87-90 which occupied for 81-84%, subtypes of monoclonal antibodies were all IgG1 types, affinity constant of ascites monoclonal antibodys was 108－109M-1.The cross-reaction experiments of Fleroxacin monoclonal antibody were carried out with Norfloxacin,Ciprofloxacin,Enrofloxacin,Sreptomycin,Gentamicin,Kanamycin.From the experiments we know that the prepared anti-fleroxacin monoclonal antibodies had a very high reaction rate with fluoroquinolones, but had no reaction with magnamycin, kanamycin, streptomycin.
