Abstract:

Abstract: To study the effect of different nitrogen levels on wheat seedling trait and nutrient content, Yumai 34 was tested for the material. The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application, the height, stem width, fresh and dry weight of stem and leaf in wheat seedling increased under 0.27g/ kg. nevertheless it doesn’t increase over this area. wheat leaf chlorophyll content and nitrogen have a significant positive correlation, so does tillers number. Compared with control treatment, application of nitrogen increased N content in stem and leaf of wheat seedling, while P,K content increased first, and then with the increasing of N applied it presented a decreasing trend.
