Abstract:

Abstract The purpose of study was to explore the optimum combination of 3 factors of N、P2O5、K2O in the high yield cultivate of Yangmei 12. The effect of three factors on main economic characteristics and yield was studied with the quadratic orthogonal rotation design with three factors. The thirty three polynomial quadratic regression effect model of 3 factors on the yield and main economic characteristics were established.The quantization of yield ≥400kg/667m2 index of main economic and Agriculture measure were obtained through analysis：Number of productive ear are 24.98～25.72 ten thousand /667m2、Plant height 84.50～86.67cm、Ear length 6.57～6.86cm、Spikelets 15.49～15.68、Grains 37.48～38.88、Thousand seed weight 44.45～45.49g，N17.29～19.30 kg/667m2、P2O57.58～9.43kg/667m2、K2O 8.53～10.35kg/667m2.Highest yield is 473.5kg/667m2，Corresponding agrotechnical measures are N18.0kg/667m2、P2O512 kg/667m2、K2O 12kg/667m2.
