Abstract:

Abstract: Based on the antifungal activity screening of endophytic fungi obtained from Pyrethrum cinerariifolium, the strain of Y1 with higher activity its active substances were separated. The bioassay results showed that the inhibition rates of 10 time diluted fermentation liquid of Y1 and the endophytic fungi mycelium extract by ethyl acetate against 6 pathogenic fungi including Exserohilum turcicum et al. were ranged from 85. 2% to 95.1% and from 40% to 80%, and that of the 5 time diluted fermentation liquid of Y1 against Botrytis cirerea and Glomerella cingulata were more than 82%. The antifungal activity of fermentation product of Y1 were analyzed by in vivo assay, the protective effect against B. cinerea ，Phytophthora capsici and Lycopersicon esculentum were more than 55%, the therapeutic effectwere not prom inent.
