Abstract:

Quadratic regressive orthogonal revolving design experiment was used to select optimum concentration of 6-BA and NAA in WPM medium for shoot propagation of Acanthopanax senticosus．The result showed that the most of shoots achieved by the 6-BA and NAA concentrations were in a rang of 0.72-1.28 mg?L-1 and 0.05-0.15 mg?L-1 respectively．The probability of the event was 95％．
