Abstract:

In recent years , with the rapid development of modern molecular biology and statistic analysis methods, correlation analysis of important economic traits has been become a hot of molecular breeding in aquaculture species. In this paper, recent application of microsatellite marker in aquaculture species are viewed including morphology, resistance ,reproduction tiaits. In addition,problems existing in correlation analysis are discussed and its development is envisaged.
