Abstract:

This study made a comparative analysis between two kinds of capsicum var, with similar agronomic trait -s,from their plant width,length of fruit and leaves,amounts of ventricular myocytes,pulp thickage,number of seeds etc.It was found that 14 properties researched between the two pepper species have significant difference except pla -nt width and ventricular myocytes of two properties,which have no notable difference,.12 molecular marks were sel -ected which have the specificity banding during two varieties by screening of RAPD primer and optimization of RAPD system. Special fingerprint of local capsicum var was constructed,which provided information for the local pepper species pretection.
