Abstract:

Professional town technology innovation platform has the property of pre-public good. It prones to emerge low efficiency questions, such as free-riding and inadequate inputs in the construction and operation process. And it would make a direct impact on the innovation platform construction, development and functions. This article views from the perspective of public goods and take Fujian for example. Then it reaches the conclusion based on deep analysis of construction principles, approaches and problems. Finally, it proposes recommendations to promote professional town technology innovation platform construction.
