Abstract:

The color variations ofHarmonia axyridis (Pallas) were classified on 2559 individuals collected in
October, 2008 in Changchun. In these ladybeetles, a total of 121 phenotypes were found, in which 7 phenotypes
were not recorded previously. Succinea accounted for 86.48% in all specimens, in which 19-spot was most
easily observed, accounting for 31.00% in the succinea. Melanic accounted for 13.52% in all specimens, in
which conspicua was the most common phenotype, accounting for 39.02% in the melanic. Calculated the
probabilities of spot in the succinea, the probabilities of No.3 spot is the most highest, the frequency of No 1/2
spot is the lowest. The differences of sexual ratio were remarkable in different phenotypes ofHarmonia axyridis ,
especially in the succinea
