Abstract:

[Objective]The study aimed to study the effects of 5 site factors on the diameter, height and culm number of the Phyllostachys,[Method]Through a survey of 28 sample plots,[Results]The results showed that:(1)The slope position ,soil thickness and slopness had the significant effects on the growth of Phyllostachys, but the slope aspect and soil types had not significant effects on the growth of Phyllostachys.(2)The upper slope was not suitable for the growth of the Phyllostachys, the depression, mid position and foot of the hills were all suitable for the growth of the Phyllostachys.(3)The thin soil was not suitable for the growth of the Phyllostachys, and the planting sites should be the soils with middle to thick layers, especially for the high yield of Phyllostachys forest.(4)The purple soil and limy soil, south and north aspects were all suitable for the growth of the Phyllostachys, but the growth of the Phyllostachys were better on the purple soil and south slope.[Conclusion] The conclusion has great significance in Phyllostachys cultivation in the same areas.
