Abstract:

The seeds of Chamaecrista rotundifolia cv.MINYIN pasturages were irradiated by 60Co-γ. Based on the observations of M1, M2, M3 generation in fiel experiment, two plants with bigger variations in agronomic character were elected through M4,M5 observation. The results showed that the ratio of stem and leaf of two changed-plants decreased, The biomasses have increased 39.26％ and 38.04％ at 0.01 level．Crude fattiness of mutant 86134-32-3 increased at 0.01 level. On the basis of analysis by using random amplified polymorphic DNA （RAPD） markers, it was found that there were obvious differences in DNA fingerprinting between the progenies after irradiation by 60Co-γ and their parents.
