Abstract:
Sclerotinia stem rot, caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, is a major soybean disease throughout the world. It is among the most nonspecific, omnivorous, and successful of plant pathogens. On soybean, it is a major disease that causes substantial yield losses in the Northeast of China.We use cut stem inoculation of single-shoot grafts from three methods to Evaluation of Resistance of soybean in Heilongjiang province. Breeding for disease resistance for the future and lay a solid theoretical and empirical basis.
